Really great lunch. Try the Angry Orchard Hard Apple Cider. The personal pizza was extremely good and rapid. The dough was fresh... made and was crisp on the outside while still tender inside. The toppings were top notch, fresh and awesome. The pizza camequickly and the waitresses were happy prompt and attentive. I really recommend this Boston Pizza. It seems to be a step aboveothers. Haven't been to Boston Pizza in along time. You have done a good job. Food was really good portions were more than enough. The... staff was really friendly. They were fast whey their delivery, I am driving for Skip this Summer and that’s the worst part of the job, waiting at a... restaurant for 5,10 up to 1 hour and 26 minutes at McDonald’s 2 weeks ago for the minimum order $ amount. Thus, I expect thatwhen I arrive to a restaurant and it does provide a “ready for pick up time on the app, if I have to wait it costs me money ingas as my vehicle is running, it cost me time, it costs me opportunity and much more like frustration, etc. This time they werenot perfect but I quickly used the washroom and upon return the food was out and ready for me to take. So thank you for notbeing like every single Wendy’s in every single city on every single occasions and or McDonald’s which is typically a 5minute + wait for the minimum amount I am able to make for the delivery. Plus Boston Pizza is awesome!! Their Tuscan Pizza,still the best one IMO! Very friendly and kind staff whom actually acknowledged me which again isn’t the norm! Read more
I normally order take-out. On this occasion we were having a girls lunch so we went into the restaurant. The waitress was... fantastic, she was on top of our needs without making you feel like she was hovering. I will definitely go back to the locationin Waterdown again. Read more
Inedible. Spinach Mushroom Bake. I've had it before from this location (take out) and it was perfect. This time (also take... out) it was awful. July 3. I immediately filled out their feedback form, supposed to hear from them within 2 business days. Long weekend notwithstanding - this is the 4th business day & not a word.... There was no cream sauce. The liquid was morelike pasta water. You can see in the photos the pasta is bare. I'm no chef, but isn't the pasta supposed to be coated with thesauce? The cheese was gloppy and the spinach was too wilted to have been freshly baked. The mushrooms were ok. Read more
Our server Olivia was outstanding serving all 6 of us adults. Unfortunately the food was for the most part cold upon service... (hot items like soup, pasta, and fries), rings were over cooked. (It was not busy when we arrived). Probably would have had tosend it all bk but that's not our style. Portions were very generous and tasty dispite the fact of the service temprature. The food was great. But the service was very slow. The waitress never came back to check on us after her first check. We were... all out drinks and had to ask her for bill while I was up looking for her. We most likely will never be back at location as itwas a fluke we stopped there. Read more
