I order here all the time. The food is good, somewhat healthier than alternatives I've found, and doesn't have that weird slimmy... stuff on it that some Chinese restaurants put on. I think it's the best Chinese place in waterdown. I read the negative reviewsand people need to get a grip - you're not paying for politeness, youre buying food. Toughen up. And to the lady at the frontcounter who gets blasted in these reviews - stay you. People are too sensitive and demanding and you owe them nothing but thefood they're paying for. Read more
This is the first negative review that I have ever written, however I have had such an awful food experience tonight that I... think that it?s only fair to do so! I had a funny feeling when I ordered became the lady was so unfriendly! I figured thatmaybe she just wasn?t happy because they were closing in a half hour! I go to pick the food up about ten minutes later andagain, the lady was really unfriendly! I couldn?t believe it! Not even a ?hello?! I actually said as I was leaving, ?You arevery unfriendly?! No reaction whatsoever!! I might add that I am always an exceptionally friendly person and get along witheveryone! So, I get home with the food, (General Tso Chicken and fried rice! Well, both tasted of burned plastic and the twopieces of chicken that I tried, (before I had to relieve myself of it because it was not edible), were so grisly and the coatingso tough and dreadful that it seemed to have been sitting for a day! It just all went into the garbage! I knew because of thelady?s earlier attitude that it would be a waste of time calling to have a chat about the food! I always order from Indian Hutin town here when I fancy some take out! Their food and customer service is spectacular and I highly recommend them to everyone!I just fancied a change tonight! Love their foods. Always cooked and ready to eat in 10 minutes or less. Always smell good when driving home. Staff is always... friendly. Orders are taken quickly.
