This location is too busy for its capacity. Swiss Chalet app order for pick up to avoid exposure to unmasked people. It was... supposed to be ready 20+ minutes ago. The manager was rude and dismissive. If I had not prepaid it would be cancelled. Saveyourself time and go somewhere else. Read more
Bad experience. Went over to pick up an order and when I got there the person preparing the meal was just staring at the burger... and when I told him I?m here for my order they told me they are working on it. The person that was working on my order was soslow and was putting the burger one piece at a time. One burger took them a couple of minutes to assemble. Incredibly bad experience! The staff have no idea on what customer service is. They keep asking customers to pull over in... parking spots to make their numbers look good. If you don?t pull up(even if no one is behind you), the servers yell at you andsmash the drive thru windows. I felt disrespected and belittled and will never return. Read more
Rarely do I eat fast food but occasionally I treat myself to a Harveys veggie burger. Last two times I?ve gone to this location,... the drive through has been ridiculously slow and my food is cold. Today I ordered a veggie burger and onion rings, 7$ andchange, and was asked to park and they would bring it out to me. When the girl came to my car with my order, I quickly look inthe bag, saw the rings, judged it as ok and drove home. When I got home, I found a beef and bacon cheeseburger, rings and friescosting some poor soul $14+. AND the order I received was supposed to include a bottle of water which the girl did not give me.If she had, I would have realized it was the wrong order. The only appealing thing about Harvey's like any fast food restaurant is that it's FAST FOOD. This location is not fast. They... always make multiple cars pull up into number reserve spots. No matter how basic or small your order is. I'm all for efficiency.But this location is slow. Since they waste so much time you may as well go 20 feet to hello iris and actually get some realfood. best harvey's ever. this harvey's is the best harvey's in the whole world. the customer service is impeccable, food, sublime,... and speed is incredible. the burgers are wrapped to perfection every. single. time. the creases fold around the burger perfectlyand are wrapped so the burger says protected and hot. cucumbers are sliced evenly, tomatoes are fresh and crisp - not smushy orwatery, and the lettuce is never soggy. they always let me have extra pickles and are so kind and sweet and nice. the staff allhave such pretty and beautiful smiles and make my day. the french fries are always crispy on the outside and soft on the insideand are hot and fresh. they are the perfect amount of salt. when i get take out from this harveys, even i come home it is stillyummy and fresh. this harvey's makes me so happy. this harvey's never seizes to amaze me. i love you harvey's waterdown <3 Read more
