I tried Hello Iris for the first time last month and was thinking about it every day since I've had it. I went again recently... and it was just as good!! Their portions are generous, ingredients taste fresh, and their staff is friendly! I ordered a dozenchicken fingers, and each piece was the size of my hand. Heard good things about this place but was disappointed with the fact that the chicken wasn't served hot. Ordered 6 pieces for... $15 and was told it would take 5mins. Couldn't wait until I got home so I opened the box and bit into a luke warm piece ofchicken. Only 1 piece of the 6 was actually hot and fresh. Batter was very good and the option to dust your chicken is cool butwithout serving it piping hot it's just a bust. The white meat being Luke warm just made it taste dry. Read more

BEST CHICKEN PLACE IN WATERDOWN. Hello Iris offers a wide selection of chicken options partnered with many tasty sauces. The... fries are fresh cut, and the sides (macaroni salad, coleslaw, gravy, and potato salad) are pretty standard, but greatnonetheless. The chicken is not overly breaded, juicy (not dry), and very flavourful. The chicken pieces are generous sizescomparatively to Popeyes and KFC. The employees are also extremely polite and helpful. The food was amazing. Ordering was very easy and the food was done quickly. The chicken was tender and juicy and honestly very... good on its own but with your order you also get a selection of dipping sauces and while I tried to vary my order and get somemore standard sauces I also experimented a little and tried some I might not regularly order but I was impressed with all ofthem. While I wasn't able to spend much time inside with dine in still not being an option it was very clean and the decorationswere nice and very homey. Overall I highly recommend this restaurant. Well worth it and will become a place I regularlyrecommend and visit when I'm in the area. Read more
