Called ahead to let them know that I was coming in for a bucket, was about 8:20 and they close at 9. On the phone told me they... were out of chicken, stop the kitchen at 8:30. Today 12:26 , September 1st. They were extremely confused about everything. My pickup time was 10 minutes ago and one of them... even said that he has no idea what my order was. Had to wait another 10 minutes . Which makes my order 20 minutes late. Theyneed new better staff. Before today - if I came for pickup - everything was ready on time. Service was terrible, paid more for undercooked Food, they didn't have half the stuff to serve you with and by the time we got... home we were shorted two large salads. Very poor service, will not go there again!! Read more
