Today 12:26 , September 1st. They were extremely confused about everything. My pickup time was 10 minutes ago and one of them... even said that he has no idea what my order was. Had to wait another 10 minutes . Which makes my order 20 minutes late. Theyneed new better staff. Before today - if I came for pickup - everything was ready on time. Today every seemed very disorganizedand everyone confused about what they were doing. Read more
Service was terrible, paid more for undercooked Food, they didn't have half the stuff to serve you with and by the time we got... home we were shorted two large salads. Very poor service, will not go there again!! Read more

This KFC location in Waterdown Ontario, is the worst restaurant. There customer service staff is very rude. I have been a... regular customer at this location. Until today I stop at this location to place my order @ 8:20 I was told by the staff thatthey are closing in 40 minutes, so therefore she cannot serve me. I in return had to wait 10 minutes because I was in line thedrive through. I went to the window to asked for a manager contact and was given and attitude. After reading these reviews, nowit?s given me and in site how we are treated as a customer at this location. They had an uber eats deal for 2 scorcher chicken sandwiches bogo. I ordered it with a small coleslaw. I'm glad I got the... coleslaw however instead of my 2 sandwiches I got two milk 2 go drinks. I got the refund for the sandwiches on uber eats but Istill paid $12 for all the other fees which I didn't get refunded for so needless to say, I'm upset. Read more
My very first summer job was at a KFC outlet when I was 17 YO and my hourly pay was $2.25. Yes, I can't believe it as I slaved... it out while a full time employee barked out commands to me; he made $2.65 per hour which gave him all the power. Today?s mealchoice was the 20 piece chicken meal bucket which includes 1 extra large fries for $40.99 (taxes extra). Service fulfilment wasvery quick and staff were courteous. The experience brought back so many positive thoughts from 40 years ago. Read more
I always forget that this KFC sucks. I ordered the bacon chicken sandwich. Everything was cold. The sandwich was falling apart... and there was so much sauce that it made a mess everywhere. It?s clear the guy who put the food together slapped it together notcaring about quality. For a $20 bill I?d expect better. Read more
