Staff are nice but it's perpetually understaffed during weekday lunches when I've gone in. Management needs to allow more than 2... poor souls to be working, service is unreasonably slow compared to other McDonald's and other local establishments. Read more

Unprofessional, no customer service skills at all when taking my order. I was there this morning between 9am-10am.While waiting... for my order, I watched the woman who was preparing the orders scratch her BARE back WITHOUT GLOVES three times betweentouching /preparing hot cakes (order after mine) not only did she scratch herself and the food BARE HANDED, the manager,who i?masumming was on a break, walked back and forth the food preping area playing with his hair WITHOUT WEARING A HAIR NET!
