I use to go here for lunch everyday on my break, quality food, nice staff. But the older gentleman who works there I believe... he?s the owner, is very rude. First scenario: I didn?t notify him of my rewards card after he cashed the order out, I notifiedhim after I paid which is what he told me to do, but proceeded to yell at me because i didn?t tell him about my rewards cardafter I paid but before he cashed out the order out, as If me a customer is supposed to know how it works. Second scenario: Inotified him of my rewards card at the appropriate time this time, but my rewards card is on my phone as I was never offered aphysical copy, and occasionally have had issues scanning it, the owner proceeded to yell at me that it was my fault the cardwasn?t scanning, and I must go online and figure out why it?s not working because it?s not his problem, once I said it?s notthat big of a deal he continued to yell that he isn?t doing anything wrong and that it?s an issue on my end. Sad to say I?mactually kind of scared to go back as I?m always being yelled at for simple inconveniences. Read more

I don?t usually eat from franchises I like the small mom and pop shops but this location is as close as it gets! They just do... things with such care it makes me forget that I?m at a franchise these people actually care to craft the subs and always madewith love! Read more

This is by far the best Mr Sub I?ve ever been to . I can?t say enough good things about this place between the service the... cleanliness and the attention to detail, the staff at this location are top notch at everything they do. As the owner replied I feel it necessary to go ahead and update this. The initial review was left based on a subpar experience... with a specific employee. We had reached out via email the same day and the situation was handled very professionally. Iappreciate you looking into this and getting it dealt with.
