Amazing pizza however, the staff are real stars of this establishment. We ordered pizza for the office prematurely and then got... stuck on a long call. Our pizza had been sitting out for over an hour. The gentleman at the counter offered to warm up thepizzas in the oven when we finally arrived for pickup and was so understanding. Great Pizza at a very good price. I was so impressed by their pizza last week that I changed my regular place and ordered from... them again. They were better than my old place and cheaper. When i picked it up they gave an extra $10.00 off order for comingback a second time. Read more
5 stars hands down!!! To you we were just two ppl wanted pizza, but my man you made the best pizza I ever had. We were 4 hours... away from home, went to the falls for the day and on way home, we were starving, and my GPS took me to the nearest pizza placefrom my location at the time, witch lead me to you. I am not kidding when I say " that was the best pizza I have ever had in mylife " , my man is very picky, and I tell you we ate the whole thing, right there on your parking lot, witch we never finish. By far the BEST pizza overall! Tastes amazing! They are very generous with the toppings, which no other pizza place is! Pizza is... all about the toppings! Crust is cooked nicely and the sauce tastes fantastic! I won?t buy pizza from anywhere else! Read more
We got home from picking up our pizza and realized one of the pizzas was wrong. Phone number takes u to call centre and not... actual store. On the phone over a half an hour for resolution while call centre went back and forth with store. They wanted usto bring pizza back, however we live 20 min away. We just wanted a refund (only for the incorrect pizza, not the wholeorder)for their mistake. Call centre was useless. They offered credit but the food was not the great (wings burned and notmuch sauce). The pizza our family did eat ,that was correct ,had hardly any sauce. They offered to deliver another pizza, butit?s too late, dinner has past. We did not want another pizza. This was our third time ordering from here, first time pickingup, other 2 times was delivery. Our last order was not as good as the first time, but we thought we?d give another chancetonight, but will not be foolish to do that again. As a business owner I recognize how important customer retention is in amarket where there are many choices. This company does not recognize that, so we will stick with the businesses in Waterdownthat do. Don?t waste your time or money here. Read more
Had to push myself to come in to this place seeing as the reviews are all over the place. The store looks very beautiful nicely... decorated, it took a little more than a minute to be acknowledged even tho the store was dead when I walked in, not a big deal.Pizza took about 15 minutes and I'll say it's got a very nice crust tastes very fresh and it's super crunchy. As per the sauceit's a little too sweet for my taste and I'm not sure if it's standard for them or not but I was given a thin crust pizza...Regardless it was good but just curious what the standards are. Overall good food, beautiful location, service needs a littlework (maybe look happier to be there at least in front of customers) with all that being said I still would recommend trying itfor yourself! RUN AWAY!!!! placed an order on uber, it was noted that it would take over an hour for the order to reach me (even though it was... advertised as 25-35min) and when i wanted to cancel the order because The restaurant marked the order as almost finished, 1minute after placing order, We then called the number that is given for pizzaville and their "call centre" said they could notcancel the order. The "customer service" would not let me speak and when I told her to stop cutting me off she hung up thephone. Horrible staff!! Horrible service!! And liars working in the restaurant!!
