I studied here on 2022 Thanksgiving. The store was a little busy as people were getting their last minute caffeine fix before... their thanksgiving dinner. The drive through was very busy. The staff worked hard to make the drinks for the nonstop drivethrough. There are a total of 16 seats (5 two seaters and 4 at the counter facing outside). Not many people linger here so itcould be a good spot to study on those slower days. Read more
Waited at the register for 5 minutes before they would take my order despite about 8 workers behind the counter. Garbages we?re... overflowing and drive thru line was around the building. Do better!! Read more
I?ve gone to this location a handful of times and each time I give them the benefit of the doubt that I won?t take me 20 minutes... to get through the drive thru that day. Each and every time I?m extremely wrong. If there?s more 4 cars I hope you filled yourtank because you?ll we waiting till your first born arrives. God forbid there?s a line up. I?ve tried going inside and thechaos inside is worse than outside. I simply go here because of convenience of location. By far the worst location I?ve everbeen to. Do better. Read more
Truly the FRIENDLIEST staff. My goodness how much of a difference it makes when your first interaction of the day is so freaking... positive. They do take long to make drinks but they always make mine right so I truly can?t complain. The staff interaction isworth it 100%, and if I?m in a rush I pre order my drink for pick up in store. Great location and staff. Always get my order in a timely manner on weekdays. During the weekends they tend to get a huge rush... and the wait can be insanely long. So I would avoid putting in a mobile order if you are in a rush as there is a risk they won'tbe able to serve you within the time you need. Read more
I was shopping in the area and needed a juice type drink. Decided to try this Starbucks location for the first time. I wanted... the green tea peach iced tea but they didn't have any. I heard about this dragon fruit drink and decided to try it out. Theserver asked me if I wanted coconut milk in it and I said yes (even though I was thinking milk mixed with juice didn't sound toappealing). Also ordered the classic iced caramel mocciato since we have never tried it at Starbucks. I got the drinks and thedragon fruit mixed drink did not look so great but decided to go for it and taste it. O M G!!! It was awesome, Amazing andactually really refreshing. Why have I not been drinking this all summer long??? Guess I found a new favorite drink, great jobStarbucks!! Then we tried the iced caramel mocciato and it was soo yummy, cool, smooth , creamy with real caramel goodness!! Itwas the real deal for sure! I definitely DO RECOMMEND trying these drinks. Absolutely shocking the wait that you need to go through for getting a drink. I get that the drinks can be good but standing... waiting 20 minutes for a drink is not a good customer experience. Train more or get more efficient staff. Read more
