This is more of a subway issue in general, but we ordered a one of the sidekick sandwiches for pickup and it?s literally the... size of a toonie. The photos look like it?s a snackable size sandwich but 100% not worth what you are paying for it. This storealso forgot the avocado on ours so we paid over $6 for a toonie sized bun with a plain chicken nugget on it. Read more
I was in tonight around 9:15, the lady working asked me to give her 2 minutes to which I responded ?no problem?. She proceeded... to wipe down everything in the front including the microwave inside and out, counters, cutting boards etc. I thought this wasodd but I patiently waited. Another customer came in and the lady working asked him if he ordered online, he said yes. Sherudely responded that he was gonna have to wait awhile as it?s a very busy night. He asked if he could come back at 9:30 whenthey close, and she told him she wasn?t sure if it?d even be ready by then but he could wait here if he wants. Knowing thatsomeone who ordered ahead of myself hasn?t even got their subs made yet, as well as cleaning to be done for whatever reason, Ileft as I didn?t want to waste my time standing there not knowing if she was even planning on serving me before close. If Icould visibly see she was actually busy with other customers I would have been completely understanding however this wasn?t thecase. I am very disappointed with my experience.
