This is more of a subway issue in general, but we ordered a one of the sidekick sandwiches for pickup and it?s literally the... size of a toonie. The photos look like it?s a snackable size sandwich but 100% not worth what you are paying for it. I was in tonight around 9:15, the lady working asked me to give her 2 minutes to which I responded ?no problem?. She proceeded... to wipe down everything in the front including the microwave inside and out, counters, cutting boards etc. I thought this wasodd but I patiently waited. Another customer came in and the lady working asked him if he ordered online, he said yes. Sherudely responded that he was gonna have to wait awhile as it?s a very busy night. He asked if he could come back at 9:30 whenthey close, and she told him she wasn?t sure if it?d even be ready by then but he could wait here if he wants. Knowing thatsomeone who ordered ahead of myself hasn?t even got their subs made yet, as well as cleaning to be done for whatever reason, Ileft as I didn?t want to waste my time standing there not knowing if she was even planning on serving me before close. If Icould visibly see she was actually busy with other customers I would have been completely understanding however this wasn?t thecase. I am very disappointed with my experience. All I hope that comes out of this review is that management is made aware ofwhat is going on. Read more
I am immigrant myself so I am not being a racist here. Went to buy sandwiches and a rude Indian girl started giving me attitude... before I even start. Please don?t bring that culture here, we all came to this country because we heard good things about Canadaand Canadian . You need to smile to your customer and be polite to them. 100% she gave me a fake name. Hely, if that?s her name is very rude? I got distracted by my phone and this person thinks it?s... ok to yell at me to deliver information. I asked her not to yell at me, I?m less than 3 feet away. she replies back angry, thatI have to be nice and not disrespectful? Seems the girl helping me was in a very nasty mood. She asked if I wanted my sub toasted, I responded no and she I guess didn't... hear me so she yelled 'TOASTED' again I said no tnx. She could use some lessons in customer service that's for sure. She didn'tsmile once, just a passed off expression the whole time. It made me feel uncomfortable so I guess next time it'll be Mr Sub.This isn't the first time with the same girl that's why I thought this time ide write a review. I realize good help is hard tofind but she doesn't deserve the job untill she grows up. Read more
Miss divya learn customer service first and be polite. Rude for no reason. If u don?t like your job just quit. I prefer mr.sub... behind this location very friendly and welcoming staff. Never coming again. Read more
The new subways ciabatta bun with he pizza toppings is absolutely incredible I tried the new bread with my regular sub and it... was 100% a winner. Subway exceeded my expectations for this and this location is also really great the staff are lovely andsuper quick!! Read more
