Unfortunately it doesn't seem this location can get things quite right. I would suggest some training and maybe an adult on... site, if possible. I just ordered a family meal and there were several items missing from my order, like swiss chalet sauce,buns, sour cream, bacon, etc. Both my husband and I called the store multiple times and couldnt get through as no one picked upthe phone. We each tried 4-5 times and literally the line buzzed out because it rang for so long. I'd love for this to getremediated by the owner and would welcome a conversation about it so thar I can hopefully leave a good review. Read more
I went into drive thru today never asked if wanted a drink got order got home no sauce no bun chicken and fries only when tried... to call in got run around told have to go to store to complain I'm not running back into town for that as live in countryoutside of town Read more
Unfortunately, this location does NOT serve Swiss Chalet fries. So instead of delicious, fresh cut fries, you get the pre... frozen fries from Harvey's. Simply put, Harvey's fries are a huge disappointment when you are expecting Swiss Chalet fries. Mywife and I used to eat Swiss Chalet once a month or more. We will never order from this location, unless they get the properfries. I'd rather drive 15-20 min to the next closest location, which we will rarely, if ever will. Read more
Very disappointing experience. Ordered 3 quarter chicken dinners and they were not even edible. Threw it all in the garbage. The... chicken was just bones and fat and the flavour was AWFUL. The fries were cold and dry. If I could give zero stars I would. Thisis our second time ordering here and the same thing happened last time but we thought we would give it another try. Destroyed the half chicken dinner in the car!! Didn't even try to attempt waiting til I got home. Ordered in drive thru and... service was fast convenient and courteous. Great eating out experience. I found that Swiss Chalet does ribs beautifully (onmultiple other visits) as well FYI. Read more
I recently moved to Waterdown and usually love Swiss chalet for a quick meal. This is the worst location I have ever ordered... from...they frequently get my order wrong. On top of getting our order wrong again tonight, either the delivery driver or theperson who packed my food was hungry and left a half eaten thigh in my food...Disgusting! Read more
Food is alright. But no care. Salad wasn't cut up. I had to ask a the boy pacing behind the counter looking bored if he could... pour the smoothie I ordered. Only one cook. Read more
