I visited this restaurant approx .4 years ago, so November 10th 2022, I revisited it, with my daughter, both of us are from... out of town. I Love the ambience here and the Booths. Our lunch was superb, our waitress Shannon was excellent and so pleasant. So nice to have good food, having a waitress so wonderful even makes the whole experience so pleasurable. My friend and I were in Waterdown to have lunch and shop. We love to go to different places. After lunch and shopping we decided... to go to The Watermark Taphouse and Grille for a drink. Beautifully decorated, very large place with booths and high barseating. My friend ordered a light beer. I ordered a Vodka, strawberry purée with, I think lime, delicious. Great wait staff.Our waitress was attentive and fun. We’ll definitely be back to enjoy not only the drinks again, but the food. Read more
Good spot for a nice dinner. Wife and I ate here a couple times in the past couple of years. Good food, good wine list, nice... desserts. Friendly staff. OK prices. Go early in the morning to smell their smoke show out back! Read more
Spent $100 for a disgusting Chicken Tender & fries for 3 people. This restaurant looks quite classy and the pics of their food... on the outside of their patio made you mouth water (beautiful presentation). We wanted to sit at the patio and arrived at 11:45we were told we had to come back at 12 as they were closed so we waited in our car. The chicken fingers were the frozen varietyyou can buy at the store like Jane's, they were dried out and overcooked and the FRESH cur fries were also frozen not fresh.Gota to go box for my dogs. This was the biggest waste of our hard earned money, we try to support local business's and restaurantsand only ask for a decent meal at a decent price and a venue that makes you feel welcome. Our Meetup Group- Hamilton Foodies ate there this week. Everyone said the same thing- the food was great. Everyone had different... selections from the menu so it was not a fluke of getting one right. Plenty of food, well plated and delicious. Desserts weregreat. Service was great and they were very helpful in co-ordinating for a large group- some restaurants are not. Definitelyone to go back to. Read more

Ascetically the food looked delicious and the setting of the restaurant was also quite nice. The service there was also good,... but the ribs themselves were quite stiff and rubbery, whilst the nachos were much to sweet, and the “fresh French fries”were floppy and unseasoned. Nice place to enjoy dinner for a date night or with family. We Came to Watermark for dinner with the parents. The service was... very friendly - in fact they went above and beyond for us. (fun story about lost cell phone- but not relevant to thisreview). Server was very attentive and friendly. The menu options are very diverse - so there is a lot on the menu to choosefrom regardless of what you might be in the mood for. Fish & Chips, Souvlaki, steaks, sandwiches, pastas, burgers, and much muchmore. The fish and chips were well cooked and tasty. as were the souvlaki and other items we ordered. The food is tasty, andwell presented. the portions are not huge The prices are average for a restaurant of this type. There is plenty ofparking. its a nice quiet restaurant to enjoy a meal and conversation. Read more
