My mcflurry had barely any oreos in it. I dont even like mcdonalds.
My husband and I went to go get dinner because it?s too hot to cook. the counter person was nowhere to be found so we stood... there for five minutes or more waiting for somebody to come help us then my husband said hey does anybody work Herero all thepeople in the back and a young lady came to the counter with such an attitude it was ridiculous!!! We ordered our food and myhusband ordered a Coke with his dinner he got a sweet tea!!! He said I ordered a coke and was told no you did not you ordered asweet tea?but the receipt had Coke on it?. So our food comes out I open the bag and his burger he ordered was nowhere to befound!!! He went to the counter that same young lady came out with an attitude and asked can I help you? he explained that hewas missing his sandwich and she proceeded to argue with him and tell him that he did not order a sandwich that he just orderedfries and a sweet tea!!! I was standing right there and heard him order the big Mac deluxe combo so I knew he ordered asandwich!!!! but she did not charge him for it because she was so mad at that point!!! he asked to to speak to her manager andwas told I am the manager so if that?s the kind of employees you?re going to hire at McDonald?s I will not be going back that isthe poorest service I have ever had?. I've been to this location about 6-7 times now since their opening & each time there's been an issue. Not sure if the staff is... to blame or the training process but, this McD's is surely struggling. It's usually simple mistakes, like forgetting to give mea straw, getting my order wrong (not adding the sauce I asked for) or not putting salt on my fries. I typically order the samething every time I go to a McD's: Quarter pounder with cheese meal, add Big Mac sauce to the burger, a coke & some BBQ sauce todip my fries in. Besides those simple mistakes that have happened every visit thus far, the food just isn't as on-point asother locations. Often, my burger is extremely dry, fries are either dried up or not salted, soda tastes flat etc. Now that I'mthinking about it... either a lot of people are employed here or, they go through a lot of employees. I've never seen the sameface twice. And I'm very good with faces. Perhaps herein lies the problem: Always a new person who's just barely been trained!If I'm craving McD's, I will literally drive the extra 10+ miles to the next location down the road. Read more
We stopped there last Wednesday and bought a sausage biscuit and a biscuit, egg, sausage and it cost almost $12 bucks! My... husband was not given a receipt. I certainly wish he had because I KNOW the two menu items did not cost $6 each. They alwaysover charge or never get your order right! Another quick stop off my list! Read more
I bought a meal at the drive-through, I sat out in the parking lot and ate because their dining room wasn?t open; I went back in... to ask for a refill because they messed my ice tea up; the kid asks for my receipt as if it?s coming out of his pocket, I triedto look for it Realizing that the person didn?t give me a receipt. I want to like this McDonald's since we have been waiting for one to come to Waterford. My issue is that we consistently get... food made incorrectly. I hope it's just because we went when they first opened and people might have needed to be trained more. So hopefully in the months to come the employees will get better. Acwardley this is the first McDonald's I have been to without at drink machine in the lobby. Read more
