I never leave reviews but I felt this experience solicited one. I ordered a pizza online and was given a promised delivery time.... We waited outside our home for about 30 minutes for when the delivery was suppose to take place. I called the store to confirmwhether or not the pizza was even out for delivery yet and asked them to call us upon delivery since we had been waiting outsidefar too long. There was no attempt from the delivery driver to call us upon delivery. Not one call at all. We call the storeafter an hour past our delivery time to see if we are still going to receive our pizza before the store closes. Worker said theyattempted to call us multiple times which was a total lie and after about ten minutes following the phone call our pizza wasfinally delivered cold. Never had more of a bad experience with any other establishment in my life. DONT ORDER HERE. Read more

Terrible place to order a pizza they can?t even make a pizza without burning or giving it away not cooked all the way my pizza... was still not cooked all the way I had to put it in the oven to cook it. The place should shut down there?s hardly any goodbusiness that give good service in Waterford when you have to drive out of town to different mountain mikes that?s so sad youcan?t get a good pizza in your town. First and last time I ever go to this mountain Mike's. After ordering one medium pizza one salad 2 sodas the price was $50 for a... burnt pizza that tasted like charcoal. Pepperoni was burnt and not evenly spread, was suppose to be combination but was missinga lot vegetables and had chunks of bell peppers. Gave us cups but no lids gave us just red peppers had to ask for parmesancheese. Now for kitchen was a messy/filthy food all over floor and where they prep the food. They used to be really good. But the last three times I?ve ordered from here my pizza is burnt. They never offer Parmesan cheese... or pepper packets. They?re not worth the price anymore. Read more
