Me and hubby ordered exact same meal... Steak medium. Mine was rubber and his was not seasoned at all. The waitress.... was... fabulous... She immediately had them fire me a new steak... this one was still moo'ing. BUT the waitress was fabulous! Read more
Wife and I went for some steak dinners and they were awesome. Drinks, app, salads came out quickly. Free loaf of bread was... amazing but unfortunately the 2nd loaf requested for the meal was hot and toasty on the outside but cold and semi frozen inside.Portions were excellent, steak was cooked perfectly, but lacked juice oddly enough which doesn't normally happen with mediumrare steaks. Ordered desserts and I believe they were the largest and some of the best tasting ever had at a restaurant. Thelava cake or 7 chocolate cake can easily be shared by 2 for future reference and for $9 and $10 respectively, well worth it.Service was great, very attentive without being too annoying. Available servers and a packed house, not much of a wait because of the great staff communication. Very attentive and appetizers... and good were timed well so our dinner moved right along. Atmosphere was clean, orderly and upbeat. Food quality was better thangood, portions filling and cooked perfectly, no burns or cold spots in the steak and seafood. My only caveat was that the housesalad came as a pile of ingredients not mixed up, but it was crisp and flavorful so it was only a mild prep or presentationissue. Very pleased as competitor steakhouses have degraded heavily in quality of food, staff and atmosphere since the pandemic, the management here must really be on top of things. This is a great place to go. The chef doesn't play around when the order is ready it's out. Rather your original waitress or... some other waitress brings you your food that's how it goes here the atmosphere is great plenty of room Read more
The food was done very well ???????? meat temps were spot on and the lava cake was molten on the inside ???? made for a good... birthday meal for the ms ... the three stars came sadly when a different waiter delivered our food to the wrong table and wasplaced on the table in front of strangers ??????? accidents happen but in the middle of a pandemic I just felt more care couldhave been taken ... otherwise the food was good ???? My girlfriend and I went to this Long Horn Steakhouse location today around 4:00 p.m. Although we did not know her name, our... waitress was an African-American woman who was extremely nice and professional when she took our food order and brought out ourfood to be eaten. My girlfriend ordered an entree which she did not like and did not eat. When our waitress came over and askedus how was everything, we told her that she (my girlfriend) did not like what she had to eat and the waitress did not say onething. The waitress never asked if there was something else she would like to have to eat or if there could be anything else shecould do to remedy the situation. All she did was took the plates from the table and left. One minute later she brought overthe bill. My girlfriend and I talked about it and we decided that this service from her did not warrant a tip so we did not tipher. I am submitting these remarks simply because the waitress should have ask if there was something else she could get her toeat and in my opinion not asking this was inappropriate and reflected very poorly upon LongHorn Steakhouse. My girlfriend and Iwill never go back to this LongHorn Steakhouse location. Hopefully the owner or general manager we'll go back and look at thereceipts to show who the waitress was because my girlfriend ordered a chop steak entree with fries and I had a cheeseburger withfries. The amount of the check was $29.00 and 90 cents or close to that amount. Finding this receipt with these details shouldprovide the owner or general manager of who the waitress was and get this corrected so that this doesn't happen again to otherpeople Read more
