I ordered and realized the order was wrong 10 minutes done the roadand ended up throwing it away. I expected a call from the owner of the franchise. Read more

This McDonald's in Waterford is the only McDonald I go to in the area. They are generous with the lettuce, etc. When making a... hamburger. The dining area is clean. Read more

FAT HISPANIC GIRL WITH THE GLASSES???????? DRIVE THRU 7AM JULY 30 I ordered 2 coffees, an iced tea, cinnamon roll + hash... brown. charged me for it ALL and did not give me ANY of the actual food. The girl was very rude and refused to give me my foodand tried to charge me a second time for it. She knew what I ordered, she knew what I paid, and she knew what I was givenbecause she was the only one on drive thru and I had the receipt. When I tried to get my money back and return the UNTOUCHEDbeverages, she swore at me, threatened me, then threw the coffee on my car. Can't believe this is the type of person you wouldemploy. Dumb fuçking sow???????????? Read more

Got 4/5 of my order wrong when I ordered through the app. What I was supposed to get: Big Mac meal, 20 mcnuggets with sweet and... sour, and a large frappe. What I got: a cheese burger with no fries, 10 mcnuggets with bbq sauce, and the large frappe (the onlyfully correct part). The receipt said the correct items though. Read more

Haven't been here in months. The last straw involved the typical screwed up order and outcome: treated like an inconvenience... rather than a customer who ordered a simple meal that somehow caused a major traffic gridlock. {one of the fish in that missingfillet of fish sandwich had some karma points to redeem in closing out its account? perhaps} Other past observations andincidents have led up to this self-imposed severance from the champion of fast food follies. Witnessing the same employeepicking his nose on numerous visits, as well as embracing someones dog in the drive-thru with more fond facial caresses andsmooches than you might expect to see a returning sailor receive from their family after a year of deployment. I suppose thereis the chance that he doesn't prepare or touch food that goes out to the customer. Maybe his role there is purely sanitation, and he never comes in contact with anything edible. Just a floor washer or tends the flowers. Not a very appetizing thought toponder as you unravel your grease covered burger or insert the straw into your soda. {handed to you with wet hands that causedthe wrapper to absorb the moisture}. And it's not just the employees. The customers have their moments as well. It ISMcDonald's after all. If patronage were measured by time/distance, Delmonico's or the Waldorf-Astoria would be light years away. Saying just "Times have changed" doesn't really do the justice to the difference. Let me just say here that you should allbeware the senior regulars in the dining room. Strive that your retirement years will have more to offer than the daily rambleand grunt to sit with the herd at the feeding trough. Rather not line up into that slaughterhouse chute. I know I won't bemissed. Kind of a shame that, as I've been anticipating to happen someday, that I'll never get to be asked by the drive-thruperson as to what flavor sauces I would like or if I'd "like cheese on that" when my order consist of only a single lon Read more

Starting with the positive: The person who took my order was one of the nicest food service workers I've ever had. She was... pleasant, cheerful, and helpful. Considering how busy it was, I got my food in a very timely manner. Negative: The price of themicroscopic fish sandwiches is just a tad short of robbery. Read more

I typically don't like to rate big box corporations but, this one was cleaner than most that I go into, food came out quickly... and accurately and the tables were clean. The staff was pleasant and friendly. I did not use the restroom to see if it was cleanwhich is usually touch and go at places like this. Read more
