We went there on a Saturday around 11:30 am. There were 2 people working there. The food and service was good but the drink... bar and salsa bar were a mess, obviously from day before. Trash stations were full and over flowing. Ladies room looked like ithadn't been cleaned for weeks. Read more

I went to this Moe's on September 30, 2022 around 2:30 pm. I wanted to order 2 burritos. I asked the lady if the burritos were... on special and with a raised voice she replied "Do you have the app?" I tell her no and continue to place my order. So, thefirst was extra steak and with a raised voice the lady replied "That will be $3 extra" and i said fine. The second one I firstasked if they had spicy chicken and the lady said no, so i continue to order the burrito with extra adobo chicken which thelady replied in a raised voice "That will be $3 extra. So after her raising her voice for no reason I tell her I will be back. Ileave for 10 minutes come back and try to order again and this rude lady asks me if I'm really gonna buy this yime because shejust wasted 2 soft shells. I tell her she wouldn't have had yo waste them if she wasn't so rude. So then she refused to serveme. I took out my phone to take her picture and she hides behind the register and then walks to the backroom. She comes backout and tells me to exit the building because she is not serving me. And the tall light skinned mixed guy working with refusedto serve me also after the lady told him not to serve me. I later found out she was the manager her name is Bree, which she alsorefused to give me her name or the corporate number. Worst management, service,employees I have ever encountered. Our cashier was so concerned with how long he had until he was leaving, (at 7:25 on September 24th, 2022) that he was unable to... understand a simple order and started spooning meat into a plate which was NOT what was asked for. Instead of asking what it wasthat I wanted, he chose to ridicule myself and my wife for not knowing the menu of a place I rarely frequent, and now certainlywill not. Ever since COVID this Moe's has been going downhill. The last three times we ordered online, our orders were messed up. Like,... "no chips at all, 5 ingredients in bowl missing, no Chipotle ranch on side" messed up. The employees are a lot slower than theyused to be, and the portion sizes have been reduced dramatically. It was AMAZING three years ago, but now (after being givensecond, third, fourth, and fifth chances) it's just not worth it. Read more

The employees were rude we couldn?t understand them they talked so soft I had to keep saying excuse me. My husband went in the... restroom there was urine all over the floor along with dead roaches the counter?s where the soda and salsa are located haven?tbeen cleaned either we arrived at noon for lunch so clearly they never cleaned from the day before. This Moe?s has been going downhill for awhile but I?ve just had a terrible experience and think it should be shared. The worker... taking and prepare orders initially was doing great, the problem arose when waiting for my food. The person working the registerinitially overcharged us, then once that was fixed he tried to give us the next person in lines food so we had to correct himthat it wasn?t ours. Then my stack was taking a lot longer than usual, so I continued to wait. Then another worker told me thatmy stack fell apart and he had to remake it. So we did that and I waited another 5 minutes, then I saw him remake it again,except this time without consulting me and he left out several ingredients, there was a long line and I didn?t want to be ahassle so I just accepted it since I?d be waiting an additional 15 minutes longer than my wife. Then I went to get a salt shakerfrom the salsa bar and noticed there weren?t any, so I asked the person working the register for salt, which he was going topour into a sauce container, a little weird but functional. Then another worker walked by and said don?t do that with noexplanation. The register worker was confused but said he couldn?t give me any salt. All this in one visit. The WORST customer service I?ve ever experienced. I?m never one to write reviews but this was too much to not say anything. My... order was mixed up with someone else?s upon payment. No big deal. Well when I pointed it out (very nicely may I add) to thegirl who made it, she huffed, rolled her eyes, and sauntered into the back leaving the kid at the register to remake my meal. Only ate because I had to charge my car but I would never eat here again. First time eating here and the employees expect you to... know everything. Super rude.
