Ordered online for in person pick up. Email estimate said 15 minutes. Got to store at 25 minutes and was still 30 pizzas down... the queue. Quoted someone for 60 minutes on phone. Also when I arrived, they marked the app as ?picked up? which was a completelie to make their time metrics look better. This Papa Johns needs serious help. Read more
Was told my pizzas would be ready in 10 minutes when I called in my order.....waiting....waiting....waiting.....almost 45... minutes later because they ("accidentally " messed up my pizza in the making) is when I received my order....I was pretty upsetthat the entire time I'm waiting every man in there was just chatting away with cell phones in their hands so guess whatever wason the phone was more important than a happy customer. *Won't be going back there* Read more
Don?t go here. Messed up our first pizza completely. Was crumpled like paper. Picture below is the second pizza that was... delivered in place. Half of its clearly ruined. Instead of apologizing or helping with a discount they hung up on three of usand the manager called one other from my party to deliver a nasty message. Their pizza is dry and tasteless at every store, but I gave them another shot to try the stuffed crust. Bad call. Of the three... employees I could see, only one was wearing a mask. One halfheartedly pulled his up (only over his mouth) when I came in, thentugged it right back down under his chin. First I have to say thank you for coming to where I'm staying at. But why a 4 star rating? Come to find out the store price... (called them) vs the app/webpage are not honored. Meaning I ordered a bacon pizza and soda and it came to $23! But when I wentonline, I could get 2 pizzas for less! So that's why I gave them 4 stars. This is the most expensive Papa John?s on the planet!!! The pizzas we ordered was okay, but they could have added more toppings... on my sausage and mushroom pizza, but other than that, the experience was okay at best. The pizzas arrived warm, almost coldand Papa John?s is only 8 minutes away. *The operator never mentioned anything about specials like other Papa John?s do. Twolarge pizzas cost $48.00. The large pizzas are small, size of a medium pizza at other pizza places. The garlic knots were hardand not even warm.
