Needs more training. I Ordered the diablo stuff I ordered 2 of the sandwiches and 2 of the frys assuming like it says on the... board that it comes with free small shakes I planned on giving to my kids. However I was informed that you need to specifydiablo dare or else they wont as if I am supposed to know that or work for your company. Your board says order these 2 items itcomes with a free snack size shake. They weren't really rude but felt condensending. They did make it right hence the 3 star andnot a 1. Never mind wrote this review while waiting on my food. Got home made the mistake of not checking all of my food. Theymissed my order of curly frys which ironically is what they told me to wait for. Just ordered 4 things from here less than 20 minutes ago. They forgot 25% of the order and conveniently the cashier ran out of... receipt paper at the same time. Don't go here- employees are grossly inept even for fast food workers. Read more
I would write a receipt review if I got one like the guy claimed they put one in the bag. Second time going thru drive through... and fries are not only cold but smashed. My chicken tenders and roast beef sandwhich are cold. Seems like decent service is onlythrough lobby. The whole bag was humid. I thought the one near kroger down the road was bad in quality. Just asking for hotfood. Rushed through the drive through which is annoying but I'd take being rushed if I got food that was hot. Read more
