Horrible experience on Halloween night last month. I came in to dine with a recyclable water bottle because I like to drink from... that water bottle I had. The first waiter told me that I couldn?t have the water in the restaurant, then I said ?okay that Ididn?t know it wasn?t allowed and I wasn?t going to drink my water in there?? Only for a second waiter to come to me after thefirst to tell me again I couldn?t have my water in there after I told the first that I wouldn?t drink it.. The worst customerservice I?ve had in many years. Instead of them giving me the grace for this one they harassed me by forcing me to take my waterout of the restaurant. I was so looking forward to eating there that night and those waiters crumbled that joy. I didn?t andwouldn?t bother to order food in there again. I would not recommend this restaurant to anybody who?s looking for good customerservice. Read more

I was referred to this place and told how good it was. The food was average and the service was terrible. I understand there are... staffing shortages so I try to be very patient. Our server was too busy flirting with a guy at the bar she kept telling us she'dbe right there. That was over 20 minutes before we got menus or a drink order placed. Then it took another 20 plus minutesbefore we placed our food order. Please note, there were only three tables with people in the restaurant. Yes, only three soit wasn't that busy for two servers. Last 2 visits I have had to get up to ask the server to bring the check. This last one I had to get up twice. People sitting... next to us were in the same situation. This included me going to the bar asking for the bill and a box which she then deliveredto the wrong table so I had to get back up and remind her. She looked absolutely confused and said she had already done it. Ifshe paid more attention to the tables instead of ignoring them and never coming back after taking the food order (another serverbrought the food and refilled our drinks) she would make more on tips and I would have been willing to spend more money onalcohol. Plus remembering your patrons is bartender/server 101. The only reason I give 3 stars is because your food makes upfor the lousy service and I do mean that your food is amazing. Read more

We got a Boxty, the Shepards Pie, the pretzel sticks with beer cheese, and the spinach and artichoke dip with Chips. The Boxty... and the pretzels were the better choices. Unfortunately everything was just okay. The chips for the dip were to salty and theshepards pie had an overwhelming seasoning flavor that I believe was rosemary but I'm not sure. We will probably try 1 more timeto see if maybe it was just a meal choice issue. Read more

We thought the food was really good. Everything was cooked very well and the ingredients were really good quality. I had the BBQ... bacon burger and the cook sent it out cooked perfectly to my specifications with a thick slab of crispy bacon. My nephew lovedhis burger, fries, and root beer in a real bottle also. The service was great and the restrooms were clean, which is always aplus! The only con was that the music was a bit loud for the lunch hour, but it is a bar too so I suppose people expect that. Great patrons at this food/bar establishment. Food is Amazing ????. Clean & convenient hours. Nice & Professional staff.... However, be careful when taking kids after 10 pm, they don't like it. Although, they won't kick you out (they gave me a freedrink & the kids as well, just to apologize), they will let you know one-way or another regarding kids! Read more
