Stopped on our way home from out of town. We dont live in the area. Worst experience ever at fast food. My son's QP w/ cheese... didn't have cheese. My daughters and my oreo Mcflurry had a small amount of cookie on top and all vanilla ice cream under thespoonful of cookie. Not mixed up. I asked a younger kid if they don't mix them anymore and he says- idk I don't make them andwalked off. I then asked a female there if I can get a decent oreo mcflurry like how theyre supposed to be. She gets a new oneand comes up mixing it by hand with my spoon. I was not happy. They were all rude, and didn't care about service. No I'm sorryabout that or anything. Read more
The big girl with glasses was having a meltdown about another employee and I made the mistake of asking for a bag to put my... carry out order in. She got super rude with me for asking for a bag and refused to give me a bag. Luckily another employee sawand couldn?t believe it and gave me a bag. Ridiculous! Read more
I ordered a Big Mac, 4 piece nugget, and iced coffee. Line was long to order but moved at a decent pace for being busy. Payment... was not an issue. Pick up window, appeared to be a 12 year old who handed me my food and then asked me if I wanted adrink...that I had already ordered and paid for. Then walked away to deliver a bag of food to a car waiting. Someone else cameto the window to ask what I was waiting for. Then I waited longer for my drink, which held up the drive thru line. Their food is always hot and the cheese is always melty just the way I like it. They give me cheeseburgers instead of mcdoubles... sometimes, so watch out for that! But they're usually really good about getting all your food and getting it right. Sometimesthe line is long, sometimes very long because of staffing issues, but for the most part they are fairly timely. Read more
Most efficient McDonald's we've ever been to. Being from Michigan, we're used to waiting for large orders, even told to pull... over in the drive through to wait.. Despite a long drive through line, our large order was correct and the line was surprisinglyvery fast. Michigan could use some California McDonald's efficiency training! So the last 3 times my mother-in-Law and I have been to this particular McDonald?s, we have had issues. From Large French fry... containers having barely any fries to questionably equivalent to a small, to Missing a fry completely, and even double cheeseburgers only being singles. I understand that it?s hard to get workers and I know they are having a rough time, but there is apoint to where if someone is paying the amount for something specific, you get them what they ask for and do not short them.Things are expensive as is and you cannot upset people by cheeping them out and not give the customer what they asked for.Please please please try to be better in the future.
