I ordered a pizza at 5:15 that said it would be delivered in 25-35 minutes. It?s 7 and still no food. I keep getting a recording... saying someone will be with me shortly. After 20 minutes I hung up. Horrible customer service and super slow delivery. Here?s tohoping my pizza shows up ???????? Update: Pizza arrived and the delivery driver explained he?s the only driver and just did 6deliveries. So this is a management issue. Shame on the owner, now off to eat my cold food. Never ordering from here again. Read more
So I ordered a delivery at 513 pm tonight and it's almost 7 pm and still no pizza. The person told me it would be 30 mins. And... trying to talk to people who work there and they keep putting me on hold. This isn't the way to do this. Be BETTER! Read more

Food was great, but we didn't receive the whole order. It was impossible to talk to a person at the store. Apparently the... provided store number route's you to call center. When you ask to speak to someone at the actual store the call goes to a waitline that just redundantly plays a message over and over. After 10 minutes I hung up. Never got to speak with an actual personat the store about what was incorrect with our order. We live 30 minutes away so it isn't easy just to pop back in the storefor a quick fix. Food was great but I would recommend only ordering if it is convenient for you to pop back in the store shouldanything not be correct. Read more
I ordered a pizza online at 5:20pm Friday night 1/7/22 and per the online site should have only taken 40-50 minutes. My pizza... was not delivered until 7:30PM. I spent a hour calling the local store in Waterford, MI on highland road and absolutely noanswer from the store. My call was placed on hold with music playing for 20 minutes, I had to hang up and call the ?customerservice complaint? line and wait another 15 minutes to be told that I would receive a refund or even a response to my complaintwithin 72 hours! So, I have no dinner, no money and still cooking after wasting 2 hours! Look at the picture of the pizza Ireceived below with absolutely ?NO CHEESE? on, just pizza sauce and toppings, an NO, I did NOT order it that way!
