Just want to say that I do enjoy GINOS INDIAN BUTTER CHICKEN PIZZA. ??i??it. However, I decided to order a CAESAR salad this... time when I order my pizza. Really disappointed in the salad though. Caesar is a relatively easy salad to make. Nice crispromaine croutons Parmesan? bacon and dressing. My Caesar had no bacon and when I called them about it I was told for an extracharge they would add bacon? this is one of the standard ingredients in a Caesar. The Parmesan was the kind that you get outof a container? not fresh. Sorry GINOS? I will still order my BUTTER CHICKEN but no more Caesar?s. Read more
Management was friendly regarding Google "Notifying" me about the wrong location. I've never ordered from the Waterford... location and I have ZERO idea why Google Maps would invite me to review it after I had visited a location inWaterloo!!!! Lesson learned though, will make sure I triple check location information before posting from now on. Myapologies Waterford Management, I give you 5 stars to make up for it! Read more

I cannot say enough good things about the Waterford Gino?s. I have ordered from here for the last 2 birthday parties I had and... it?s been perfect. I?ve been ordering from here for the last 3 years and never ever had a problem. The pizza is always right andhot. My go to pizza joint in Waterford! Highly recommend. Read more

After a "not the best experience" which was made much worse by the call centre and the customer service received over the phone... with the said call centre and it's management. Hettle (sorry if misspelt) the owner reached out to me directly and offered tomake things right. After a few weeks, we had the time and ordered directly with the owner over the phone. I have to say shereally went over and above, and it was quite simply the best Gino's food and experience ever received. We always orderedthrough Gino's while we lived in Hamilton and in no means do they compare to the service nor quality we received lastnight. Everyone must remember, this is a franchise and the call centre is not a reflection of the independent owner, eventhough this is the first point of contact, they cannot speak for the actual owner, the call centre. If you can, skip the callcentre altogether, call the location directly, you will not be disappointed :) Hettle, thank you very much! Read more

walked in and order 2 walkin specials. they said it would be 20 minutes. said i will just run next door to the store and be... back. came back in 20 min exactly and the girls hadn't even started our pizzas. said there were other orders in front of ours.waited another 20 minutes. watched them come out of oven with our first one then an online pizza then the 2nd one. they liedand they stopped making ours to make the online pizza. the one girl swings her pony tail around. no hair net and the wings inthe picture had been sitting on the counter when we walked in and were still there more then 40 minutes later and after we left. I would like my tip back because they didn't deserve it and they didn't even make the right pizza. One was wrong. one wasright. Read more

The place is inside the Esso. It's also a convenience store. Got a veggie slice. Mushrooms looked old and wrinkly but pizza... still tasted good. The Godfather's pizza is next to it but they had 2 slices to choose from Read more
