Coffee/beverage order is never 100% correct. They are basic coffees (eg. Confusing milk/cream and forgetting sugar). Busy or... slow. Drive thru or inside visit. When the line goes out the door, only one till is usually operating. The owners of thislocation (The "S" Family) should focus on the quality of the product, and service, that is being delivered out of this location.It's very sad. Read more
Took them 30 mins to make a farmers wrap. Got it wrong 3 times. Finally got it right got to my truck and it was wet couldn?t eat... it. The girl making it was rude and angry. Read more
Very slow. Lots working but only 1 cash open. Line up out the door and drive thru lined up on the road.stand in line for ten... minutes just to be told they are out of sausage. Still breakfast time. Read more
I'd never been in Waterford prior to this . We had a job to do . Town is Awesome. This Timmy's was fantastic. Service was... great. Coffee was Perfect. I know I'll be back , I was very impressed. Will be bringing the family for a daytrip in the nearfuture. Thank You. Read more
Can never hear my order properly, they need to fix there headsets or listen better. Always grounds in my coffee. I maybe get a... good couple coffees once in a while. Never have cookies. Always a huge line up. Brantford Tim hortans or even simcoe are tentimes better than this Tim hortans. Sad I have to drive somewhere else to get a good cup of coffee. Drive thru was so full it was nearly causing accidents on he road, my toddler and I went in as we had a stroller and walked... over. After nearly 15 minutes of the line not moving inside, the single cashier had vanished to help drive thru and left the 4people Infront of me and 5 behind me standing there.
