Reviews for Waterford Hotel in Waterford, PA
It was okay. It would have been better with a different server, ours didn't seem to care and every time she brought any food to... our table she had a finger in our food. Everything was either out of a freezer or out of a can. Under seasoned/unseasoned. Oneof us got the perogies with tips and the tips were very chewy. Read more
If I could give this place 6 stars, I would. Truly great experience. The portions are big, the menu has a lot of variety, it... was very reasonably priced, and the food was outstanding. I dont live in the area, and we just stopped there on a fluke as wewere passing through. What a great surprise. I got the salmon and shrimp, it was delicious. The dinner salad was much more thana handful of lettuce... it had boiled egg, mandarin oranges, chick peas, cranberries, and other good stuff. Homemade ranchdressing. My wife got chicken pot pie and loved it. Tiramisu was excellent. I wish I lived closer so I could return. Dinnerfor two, dessert, one drink, tax and tip was $60. Read more

Best chicken sandwich I have ever eaten.... The pickle chicken! Great beer selection... Excellent soup. Everything was great!
Something has changed. Prices went up, quality went down. We didn?t eat the food, because the salad was brown and soggy, fish... was dry with little flavor. I?m almost certain they don?t use butter for the broiled fish anymore and they seasoned it after itwas cooked. We left the food and paid for a meal we couldn?t eat. Read more
The food was great! Large portions & very reasonably priced. Our server was incredibly sweet. I would definitely go there again.
The bar and restaurant are situated in the lower level of an old hotel. Upstairs are several bedrooms and a bathroom. The... railing on the staircase leading upstairs and overlooking the staircase seems dangerous as it is maybe 2.5 to 3 feet high. Thelunch menu has various sandwiches and a few entrees. The portions are large. The slices of bread are huge. The mashed potatoesare made from real potatoes opposed to instant potato flakes. Read more
Quaint restaurant with hometown feel. If you go in for lunch don't expect to be quick. One bartender/server for whole place--not... her fault. We didn't mind as we weren't in a hurry. Read more
