So we have been ordering here for years and I will continue. Tonight our order took a little longer than expected. They called,... they apologized, and I wasn?t too bothered. It was still easier than me cooking and cleaning after the long week, plus it?sFriday who doesn?t want pizza on Friday? Even though it was after our estimated delivery time, everything was perfect. Been ordering delivery here all year long with no issues. Today I called to place an order and I could tell right off the bat... that the young lady was annoyed I was ordering delivery. She told me that I was too far for delivery I explained to her that Inever had an issue prior she said her delivery radius was 7miles and I told her that the owner/manager told me 10miles as longas they weren?t busy. She then said yeah Thursdays are hard because of truck issues. I understand this young lady simply didnot want to drive 10miles instead of 7miles I just really appreciate not being lied too. My experience with the shop was pretty bad the customer service was really bad but I kept on coming back because I actually... enjoyed their calzones and I would always ask for extra pepperoni and I'd be happy paying the extra $3 but when I found out Iwas getting only a large calzone when ordering an extra large calzone and every time I ordered extra pepperoni on it theywouldn't actually put extra pepperoni on it yeah I asked him about it and then they said that they don't do custom calzones butthey were charging me to add the extra pepperoni anyways without even adding there for pepperoni and the only reason why I gavethem a two star review pretty dang good Read more
