Food was cold, fries taste a day old, hashbrowns overcooked and cold, overpriced. I've given this place so many opportunities to... step it up and continue to be disappointed. I won't be back. Read more

We went through the drive thru with our family of 5. We each ordered combo meals. 2 #1, a #6, a #5, and a Ghost Pepper Whopper... meal. When we got to the window, she told us from now on, we're not allowed to go through the drive thru when we have such a"large order". So they pretty much told us we couldn't go through the drive thru as a family ever again due to holding up theline. Any other fast food place would never say that. There is no excuse for treating your customers this way. Read more

Got charged $6.17 for a cheeseburger and small fry. Told the Burger King employee I only ordered a cheeseburger and small fry... and she replied that the price went up. I know it didn't cost that much but didn't want any confrontation. Just be careful whatthey charge you for. Location is Waterford wi 53185 Read more

It's okay. Food service is fast and quality/freshness is pretty average. Employees are pretty cool. But the building itself... needs work. At the time of writing, I think they just reopened the dining room after being closed for a long time. So someissues are to be expected and I'm hoping for quick repairs on the leaky ceiling and plumbing in the bathrooms. Read more

Ordered breakfast this morning, food was inedible. Sandwich was clearly microwaved, hashbrowns tasted and had the texture as if... old, cooked ones were refried. Truly lazy and disgusting. Read more

I ordered three hash browns and then asked about the fountain drink I couldn?t quite tell if it was just a dollar from where I... was in the car by the order box and she said oh no- so I said never mind. As I pulled forward I could clearly see it said 16 ozfountain drink 1.00. As I pulled up to window I asked again and she said it?s not in her computer and I said it?s on your signI?d like a 1.00 Diet Coke. She said no we don?t have that and She started getting snappy and she said I change that sign everyday it?s not on there. Quite a sassy attitude and I said I?ll go take a picture- she said u do that. So I did and came backaround and showed them their sign clearly has 1.00 16 oz fountain drink. At this point another employee came to the window andsaid we don?t have that in our computer even though I was showing her the picture. I said I would like a dollar Diet Coke andshe said I can ring up an icee and give you a Diet Coke- I said that works and that the other lady should apologize for lying tome and being so rude. And that other employee started in saying I should apologize to her and other sassy words standing behindthis Kristi person. I hate to complain especially in this day of not enough food service workers- but these two acted as if Iwas a bother, Unreal behavior even after I went around to take the picture, and that?s why I?m taking the time to post thisreview hoping their manager or the owner will see what is happening, maybe even you have a camera and can see also. I asked forthis person?s name and she said Kristi and I said I will let your manager or owner know about this and she said go forit? Enough said - just my two cents worth! Read more

I try to never complain. When though your Facebook says that the dining room is open until 9 and your door says 10 pm, but you... close the dining room at 7 pm, it creates a bad taste for customers. Your teens have to leave by 7, so why not hire retirees tofill the gap. Tough times call creativity. Come on management?you can do this! Read more
