When Doc's is in full swing it has great amenities. The last time we were there the porch and deck were closed for the season.... The staff is excellent. Very friendly and knowledgeable about the drinks and eats. It is a fun place to visit and definitely getthere in the summer to get served on the deck. Restaurant has high ceilings and high mounted TV screens playing different games.The decor is acoustically set to absorb background noise. It was very easy to have a conversation. Read more
The location and waitstaff were great. Everyone was super friendly. Unfortunately, the food just wasn't very good (we both had... burgers). I got the vodka bucket which I thought was a great deal until I drank the whole thing and didn't feel anything. I'mincredibly lightweight and usually can only take two sips of any liquor before feeling tipsy. However, our kids had the fish andthat was tasty. The rooftop was overwhelmed by bees. Read more
I wanted to try a new place and we like to check out local businesses. It wasn't very hard to find and it looks like it is... pretty easy to find by boat also. The service was VERY friendly and helpful when asked questions. The kitchen was a littlebacked up so things didn't come flying out. Could have been because it was Father's Day or because they are a little short or alittle bit of both. It wasn't that bad since the beverages are cold, plenty of TVs and good company. Wonderful all around experience! The energetic and SINCERE "Welcome " from the staff, extremely refreshing! The French Fries are... PHENOMENAL ! FAR ABOVE the "norm". The beer cheese is delicious! Clean and well kept inside and out. They know how to run arestaurant and bar! A memorable experience for a wonderful day. We can't say enough! So refreshing to have such a wonderfulexperience! Long wait time to get seated (pretty standard for most establishments these days) but the service, food, and drinks were great... and worth the wait. Prices aren't cheap but you get quite a bit of food for the $$ too. Overall we would definitely go back nexttime we are in town. Read more

If you follow my profile, you probably know by now that I love a great Mac n cheese. If you add pork or chicken you have me... sold. A lot of places don't always get it right but I think I found my all time favorite! It was creamy rich and filling.Writing this review a month later I still think about this one all the time. Great place for dinner. Had a pecan old-fashioned. So good so sweet. Loaded tots is a staple of goodness. Had chili shrimp as... well, so good. Wife had ribs and I had a pizza. Loved the crispy crust and made to order style. We both love this place andnever had a bad experience. The owner was there working and checked on us throughout the night. Wait staff was so nice and waitfor a table was short and well organized. Love the place atmosphere and people. Can't wait to go back. And I still got towatch the World Series!!!
