Cook decided to be artistic and stick a pickle stem in the top of the Big Mac, dissected and found brown lettuce, employees... using foul language, and off duty employees not allowing cashier to do job efficiently. Order was placed to side getting coldwhile waiting for the fries they forgot to drop. Tried calling management and no answer and voice mail full. Remodel is a joke,they took a nice environment and turned it cold, dark and cheap. Read more

My earlier experiences were pretty good. I tried doing a survey since I thought they did a good job. Next time I arrive, I say I... have a receipt code to try and get it with my order and I am told that's something I do "next time." This *was* the next timealready. Ok. Whatever. Pulling out of the drive thru is a nightmare. You think it's pretty straightforward taking the rightopening in the lot to the street, but in any time that isn't the winter, your vision of the road will be completely obstructedby a tree. Considering that a busy roadway is *right there* this is unacceptable. An accident waiting to happen. If you *don't*want to needlessly risk your life every time you come to this location for a bite, drive out and in on the left opening, by theoil change and car wash. In my most recent experience, I pull up, and say I have a mobile order. I am asked for my code so Iprovide it. They say they don't understand. So the next three times I wait 10 or 20 seconds and attempt to say what the code is,I am interrupted in the middle of saying what my code is, to be asked what the code is. ?!?!?!?! I have had to sit through 15minute wait after 15 minute line. This is a horrible location. If you're okay with driving out a little further, there are manycompetitors just down the road. Or, if you're going the other way, the McD location on Big Bend is much more prompt in theirservice and don't have attitudes taking your order. This isn't the worst McD experience I have had but it's been bad enough thatI'm not coming back. Move that tree, Improve the service, Accept receipts and this place could be better. Read more
I waited 15 minutes for 2 sandwiches. Then they brought me half of my order which was wrong. I went in and then they again try... to hand me the wrong half order. I ask for the manager who had zero concern for my order. The person tries to bring me thesame wrong sandwich and tells me I'm wrong that it's mine. So I open the sandwich and it has everything on it. The manager hasthe nerve to tell their employee to not talk to me. I will never come here again. They are terrible and I have yet to even getan apology for their complete and utter screw up. If you don't care about your customers that pay you and your bills perhapsyou should close the doors. The lady in front of me waited 15 minutes for a lemonade. The manager walks out and says we don'teven have lemonade. Could you have said that 15 minutes before. I would happily give you no stars if that was possible. Youtar ish the name McDonalds. Read more
How do they even manage to serve half a sandwich?! The bottom of the bun and half the toppings are MIA! All we can think is... they dropped it on the floor, half the pieces fell out, but they tossed it into the bag anyways?! Read more
My bun was the darkest Brown I've Ever seen and it smelt burnt and taste burnt, I went through the drive-through and told them... about it they gave me another Burger with The same type of bun again I don't know if their bun warmer is too hot but it'sdisgusting. why would they give me the same Thing Why wouldn't they make sure it didn't have the same issue.
