Great place for good beer. A flight lets you try 6 beers. Just eat before or bring some food with you.
Excellent brewery with tons of tasty beer and a nice atmosphere! Bring in food from some of the neighboring restaurants and have... an enjoyable evening. We couldn't decide what beers we wanted to try (too many good options), so we did their one of each flight(Def recommend you split it with someone as they are not kidding when they tell you that it's a lot of beer). Once I found this place I knew we'd be here after dinner. I just didn't understand why they have to feed into my husband's... stereotype that Germans are stubborn (or at least this German is stubborn ????). It's really cool, kind of new & a lot of fun. Abeer flight is six 4oz glasses filled with your pick of goodness, with a cost of $11.50 & when visiting be sure to pick up a cankoozie. They even sell your favorites by the can. You can mix and match out of a cooler and make your own 4 pack for &16.00 Afew things to know - they don't serve any food but they do allow you to bring it in. So whether you grab a plate from thesmokehouse next door or a wood fired pizza from around the corner, you can't go wrong. It's a great place to hang out and relaxwhile enjoying a few beverages. Stubborn German has quickly become one of my favorite spots to go. Lovely space, lots of dark hard wood, and... oh - the beer is... great! All the staff are friendly and kind and if you like bourbon... all the more reason to stop in. Read more
Really enjoyed our visit! Friends got a massive flight to share and had a blast tasting everything. As a non-beer drinker, I... found a great selection of cocktails (anything with a Stumpy's product is great!) and sodas to choose from. No food on site, butyou're allowed to bring in outside food and the Smokehouse next door is fantastic. Will be back! Read more
