They was not helpful at all. I bought 3 ons from a older fella new guy and he didn't let me know they had a deal going at the... time. When my girlfriend mentioned it he didn't care. It's simply unprofessional...when I worked at 7/11 we was instructed tooffer any deals possible to the customer. We were trained to care about the customer since the customer can in a sense fire youbuy simply not going back to that gas station. And since there's a gas station right across the street...if I need somethingagain...I'll be going to your competition. Read more
This gas station is always clean. The customer service is good and their variety of quick snacks, drinks, pizza etc is nice.
I have been in other Casey's locations and i have yet to meet an angry or unpleasant Casey's employee but Troy who was working... yesterday at the Waterloo location was the best! The place was packed and he not only greeted everyone with a smile and kindnessbut he also made eye contact. His tone of voice was unhurried and light. I was confronted by the owner + staff for taking these photos. They treated me like I was planning a robbery. This all took... place inside the building with my 8yr old son standing next to me. I explained what I was doing. I was treated like a criminal.It's sad what is happening to this world. I was doing something to improve the community and help your local business.Overall--the staff was kinda rude I didn't hear them greet anyone that walked in. I know everyone is in a state of panic rightnow, but we can all still be courteous. The establishment was clean. I Didn't have a chance to Try the pizza. The kitchen staff are awesome people.The kitchen manager is very knowledgeable and goes out of her way to insure the customers... get the best quality and service. Their pizza's and other food is made fresh and full of flavor. The kitchen is well kept andalways clean. Read more
Don't listen to the reviewer saying the pizza is frozen, it's not. They make their pizza fresh & you can actually watch them do... it. Pretty good donuts too. Shell has better gas, but Casey's has way better food & it's worth stopping in if you can! Read more
I eat keto and the girls were absolutely awesome my meal was perfect.
