I gave 3 stars because of a pleasant employee otherwise it would have been one. I will only go here in the morning as they have... one employee, Sandy, that can not only get the order right but is also very nice. If something doesn't go right she is soapologetic and it almost seems like she takes it personally....the only one that actually seems to care. I like that she knows Iwant picante sauce without me having to ask as I forget to ask half the time (Not many people that give the "personal touch" nowdays it seems). Maybe she trained the young girl that recently started working in the mornings as she seems to be nice but Ihaven't had many experiences with her. Please don't lose Sandy or you will lose more customers I'm sure. Read more
Well we went there for an online order when we told them that at the drive through the lady sighed and acted exasperated. We... got some bacon kings and they had about half a cup of mayo on them (not exaggerating) and no other sauce, cheese wasn't evenwarm definitely not melted and the fries seemed baked instead of fried.
