Great coffee. Try the Caramel Highrise with an extra shot. That really is a good coffee.

Every time I go to this location the drink is not even "blended" like it should be.. there's no topping at all and the whip... cream they put on top is pretty watered down to put it nicely. The staff is rude and always have a very poor attitude towardscustomers. I'm an agm of a hotel actually so being a manager myself i would definitely be looking for staff replacements. I goto caribou everyday atleast once and I'll drive all the way to the cedar falls location just to get a better quality of productas well as exceptional customer service. Read more
The ladies at the counter were great. They paid attention to the fact that my dog is a service dog. They also have pretty good... iced coffee. I enjoy the iced vanilla latte. Worth the trip. I'll go back. Read more
Caribou Coffee is a very nice place. It is quiet. The place is clean. The decorations had me feeling like I was home enjoying my... coffee. The service was fast. The server was friendly with a smile. She acted like she actually enjoyed being there. The coffeewas great. The view of the outside was relaxing. I could have brought a book and would have been very content and comfortablethere. My only complaint would be I would like to see more cozy chairs for that truly relaxing experience. Read more
