We just stopped for gas and the pump wasn't working. My girlfriend went inside and asked what to do and the employee told her... "what do you want me to do about it? It's not my problem". I love Casey's but it's the last time I stop at that one. Read more
It's a big store with a carwash and a credit union next door that many bank at in this community. Great customer service and it... always busy but there is always a gas pump available and place to park no matter how busy it gets I personally have been therehundreds of times over the last 20 or years and I highly recommend anyone to stop at casey's before you give your money tosomeone else that doesn't compete with the high standards casey's has proven time and time again to be one of not the largestgas station franchises around the Midwest. This is legitimately the worse caseys ive ever been to. They never have hot food in the warmer or if they do its looks like its... been sitting there for hours. Literally never seen their food warmer have decent looking food in it. I go to other caseys and myexperience is fantastic. Read more
So my roommate and I ordered a pizza around 9pm, asked for delivery and the woman we had was very nice but I was shocked at just... how badly they put together the pizza and how it came delivered. The cuts were all over the place and not even cut all the waythrough and it was smushed! It looked horrible and was very difficult to pick up and eat since it kept falling apart. I expectmore. Staff gossip about customers and are rude. These Casey's are unwelcoming and everyone I know says the same thing. Very mean and... rude. Shorted me on lottery tickets Beware and check your transactions! Done with these Casey's for awhile. High turnover of thegood workers. The manager is great. Please stop gossiping about customers and starting false, damaging rumors about customers.One customer that was gossiped about warranted the PD being called. The gas pumps don't work many times and staff won't help.Shameless! Read more
I have had two experiences with delivery from Casey?s both times the pizza delivery was late and moderately warm. This does not... seem to be a problem with delivery person but policy about how many pizzas you expect them to deliver in the promised time. If 5pizzas are to be delivered in 45 minutes that means 9 minutes to prepare and deliver each pizza. Really you have set yourselfand your employees up for failure and your customers to stop ordering from you. Poor management of this part of your business!imvery disappointed! Read more
I ordered a pizza. They told me to pick up in twenty minutes. I showed up twenty minutes later and I was told they were... swamped and didn't have time to make it. They didn't appear busy. 3 employees behind the counter, one at the check out, onesweeping the floor and two taking a break the entire time I waited. Plus the two on break took up two tables (the only twotables) so no where to sit and wait. Unprofessional young lady behind counter in the kitchen. Let's see if they offer adiscount.
