I love Casey's. Any time I can find one that has truck diesel and or parking I tend to visit. I've never had a bad experience.... Until today that is. Everything was great to start out. I came to scale my load and put fuel in my tractor. The clerk thathelped me was very respectful and friendly. I went back outside, parked my truck, walked my puppy, then got on the app andordered some pizza. I did a few things then walked back inside. I purchased a few items, friendly clerk again, then walked overto pick up my pizzas. I stood there. Stood there some more. And then stood there some more. The whole time the guy knows I'mthere, but does not so much as acknowledge my presence. This went on for a good 3 or 4 minutes. I had decided that he had about1 more minute before I walked up front and asked for a refund. Right as I made that decision he finally asked me if I had the 2pizza order. This was my first time even walking past the front counter at this location. Had he just acknowledged me, Iwould've given 5 stars. Read more

I had an awesome experience here! Got here early so there was plenty of parking for trucks! I went in for a bite to eat! The... staff Jason in the deli who made my pizza which looked and tasted amazing (he put his soul into making it lol) and Kendra in thefront were both very hospitable, down to earth and friendly! PARKED here numerous times. Tonight went to get supper inside. No bread for subs, no pizza by the slice in warmer , no... sandwiches in warmer. Instead I got to listen to the guy brag about his special pizza he made himself. Probably won't be backagain. Loves here I come. Read more
