The food was good, however, we waited 30 minutes for our meal, my husband went up to the counter and found out they never put... our order in. The manager, apologized for our inconvenience but we didn't get our food for free or not even a free sundae forthe mixup! The windows and window sills were dirty and dusty, the drink fountain had white hairs on it. The Culver's employeeswere just standing at the counter doing nothing, they have plenty of work they could be doing!!!!! The restrooms were dirtywith poo on the toilet seats so I went to Lowe's next door. We are from Cedar Rapids and our Culver's are not this bad. This isthe worst Culver's I have seen. We have ate at many different Culver's in the Mid-West and none has as been bad as the Culver'sin Waterloo, Iowa. Read more
Clean restaurant, dependable orders, tasty foods. Group of 4 that each chose completely different orders from Strawberry Fields... Salad, to cheese curds, grilled chicken tenders, sandwich, to Concrete Mixers (frozen custard with toppings mixed in). Read more
The food is great, the atmosphere is great, they are great with kids and they are overall a great place to eat at. The only... problem with this particular restaurant was the drive through handler seemed very pushy and interrupted me to get more detailsabout the order rather than waiting for me to finish talking. Maybe I'm being too picky, it's understandable that they get busyand want to get folks taken care of as quickly as possible, it just felt rushed and like I didn't have time to think. Overallit was still great food and dining in is a much better experience versus than the drive through experience. Read more

Pretty darn good for fast food. I like the burgers and the grilled chicken sandwich. Usually not a fan of thick fries but when... Culver's makes them right, they are really good. The Custard is the star of the show, however. Great concrete mixers andsundaes. Love having a root beer float as well. Read more
Theyre wasn't anything particularly exceptional about this Culver's. I went here during the slow hours and only ordered a Cod... Filet Sandwich in the Drive-Thru. They had it out in no more than 7 minutes. They are still on the old system. And the ordertaker was decent. Read more
Culver's is a one of very few restaurants that I will drive across town to pick up carry out or use the drive through. More... often I stop there if I'm already nearby. I rarely dine in anywhere by myself, so if I don't feel like cooking it's a drivethrough for me. Culvers drive through is usually quite busy, it is always worth the wait. On my last visit that was noexception, they were slammed. When I returned home I discovered that they had forgotten to pack one of the sides with my order.I enjoyed what I had, the 2 pieces of fish and onion rings were delicious, even though I was stuffed, I was hungry for themissing coleslaw. I was hesitant to call, but eventually did. Not to complain or get anyone in trouble, just to let them knowwhat happened. The person who took my call was very polite and told me to come back so they could make it right. Generally Iwouldn't make a trip across town for coleslaw, but the truck was still warm and I really wanted coleslaw. They happily broughtmy side to the drive up and included a couple of coupons for my trouble. Whoever forgot to include my coleslaw has unwittinglygained at least 2 extra visits from me at times when I would normally go somewhere closer to home.
