Got my order pretty fast and the price was good the staff was friendly and the pizza was very tasty
I thought the service was excellent. I ordered a pizza and I had it delivered. I had my pizza within 20-25 minutes. I was at... work so I had to give the person who I was taking my how to get to my place of employment and it's not an easy place to find. SoI was very pleased with the delivery driver. Read more

I have been a regular customer at this Domino's eversince I moved to Waterloo last year and I have ALWAYS had Excellent... service!! I always try to tip good, even though I'm right around the corner, but I give $5 and sometimes more because of thegreat service, patience, and hospitality I've received! Tonight was the first time, EVER, I had a mistake in my order, but theaccommodation and customer service I received from the young man on the phone, and the very sweet delivery drivers that haveALWAYS delivered my food,, will keep me a long time customer with these people for as long as they're there!!! We just ordered about 30 mins ago. Pizza was good but, my sandwich was burnt so bad i couldn't eat it .. Disappointed they... didn't take there time to satisfy their customer.. I have many options for pizza delivery in my town, both and home and while at work. Over the past year I have gone with Domino's... almost exclusively. Let me tell why! The online ordering and the phone app are fantastic! They work well every time, flawlessly.The Domino's Pizza Tracker online and the phone text notification are nice touches in keeping me aware of when the pizza(s)arrive so I don't feel like I need to watch the door or listen for a knock. The pizza(s) arrive quickly and when promised, arepiping hot, and are correctly prepared. Of course the food is delicious. Domino's has a wide variety of pizzas, desserts, breadsticks, among many other things. I love the food, the ordering, and the excellent delivery service. Read more
Every time we have ordered from here, the order is wrong and has to get remade. One time they forgot the pasta for the pasta... bowl. Read more
