This isn't a review of tasting the pizza. I'm just sitting here watching this guy make the pizzas with my girlfriend and I can... tell he is putting value into what he is making. The guy is taking care of that dough, putting a real generous amount of sauce,using seasoning on top of the sauce and a couple handfuls of cheese. It's alot of cheese, like if you were to buy that amount ofcheese that he is using at a store you would spend 5-7 dollars just on the cheese. This guy clearly knows what he is doing, andif I could afford it considering my car has been broken down and I spent $750 on random hotels and stuff, I would definitely begiving him my money for a pizza.
