It did the trick. No fault of Hardee's, but my wife ordered me the wrong burger while I took care of a nature call. Therein lies... the 3-star rating. The restroom was a mess and is in need of a good cleaning. Plus, the paper towel dispenser was out oftowels. The young gentleman wiping down tables was doing a half @$$ job of cleaning them as well. He wasn't cleaning the wholetabletop. Just spraying the tabletop and wiping down the center area of the table, and doing a poor job of that, too. Our tablewas clean enough, but am wondering how after seeing how they are being cleaned off. Read more
Ordered 4 meals only got 3, lucky they didn't put it in so we didn't pay for it. Floors were greasy, booths were sticky, even... without cleaning how can that be? Read more
If I could rate this a zero stars I would. They messed up our orders twice, kept messing around in the kitchen, the tables were... disgusting, no condiments available?. Literally the worst Hardees ever?. Read more

2 stars goes to the lady in drive through about 630pm on August 21st. She was very pleasant and friendly. Rest of experience... gets ZERO stars. Both sodas ( regular and diet cokes) were over carbonated and no syrup. Fries were very under cooked and weremostly soggy and limp. The "hand breaded" chicken tenders were cooked in fryer oil that was about 7 days over used. Smelledworst than they tasted. Frisco burger was the worst I have ever eaten. Even came with 2 uncooked fries inside the Frisco box.Bread was BARELY toasted. Tomatoes were green and so much mayo on it, I couldn't taste anything else. Never thought I would rateany place lower than McCrappy's, but you definately won that prize now. Read more
Mediocre service with a side with salt. My fries were so heavily salted that they were inedible. Glad I got a small combo to... reduce the waste. The service was apathetic and robotic. Maybe it's a Waterloo thing. Read more
Stay away at all cost. Just went there and was told a 3 minute wait for our order, fine ok it?s 12:15 your busy I get it we... ordered 2. Spent 20 plus dollars for 3 meals and four drinks. After about 10 minutes we get to the front was told after aboutfive minutes at the window there was a wait for French fries and offered us CURLY fries instead I didn?t have the time to waitMORE so sure give us the fries, which turned out to be cold. Spent 15 MINUTES in the drive thru in total for our order to becompletely wrong. The ?three minute wait food? was lukewarm, we got a burger instead of a hot ham and cheese and were missing a?three minute wait meal? entirely to top it off I called the store and they offered 3 free combos as they ?couldn?t giverefunds out over the phone? ?.. little do they know I wasn?t on hold and heard the manager and worker talk about how they KNEWthey had screwed up our order? I?d love to hear from corporate about this. I?d give them an earful from my kids who are nowscreaming and hungry because the food we ordered them isn?t even in the bag. Read more
The crew inside took care of my order and delivered it to my table fairly quickly. Only downside, half the dining area was shut... down, and there was a puddle on the floor leaking in front teh closed off area. Read more
