Service was poor for the restaurant being almost empty at 4:30 pm. The food was not good and we had to listen to the 1 waitress... on staff and the 1 cook talking about their personal business load enough for the whole restaurant to hear and they werecussing. Now I don't mind cussing but I don't feel that it should have happened. You want to have that conversation do it inprivate and quietly to me it was very unprofessional. Read more

When I got it... however it was warm.. first time I have ever tried to drink a warm milkshake... We also ordered food to go... When we got ithome only half the order was right... Food's great when they do get your order right. We've had issues lately every time we would order from delivery where whole... food items would never get included so we'd end up getting charged for an entire item only for the item to never show up.(Country Fried Steak would never get Gravy on the side, every single time without fail, or New menu items would not be includedwhen ordered) They do partner with DoorDash but all DD can ever do for us is provide refunds for missing items, it doesn'treally solve the issue at hand where items are never included. This really should not be happening and the receipts should belooked at carefully each time the orders are made, I don't know if the staff are short or overworked but it sucks when theexperience is subpar. Otherwise, delivery issues aside I can't really complain about the food. It's good, and I always feelgood when I finish it but It'd be nice to just get everything you paid for in one go. Read more
This is the worst IHOP I have ever been to. The restaurant was 98° when we walked in. We should have turned around and left but... we didn't. The food was terrible. Non edible. Do not go here expecting IHOP food becuz it will disappoint you. The manager wasnice and understanding. Read more
