Service was poor for the restaurant being almost empty at 4:30 pm. The food was not good and we had to listen to the 1 waitress... on staff and the 1 cook talking about their personal business load enough for the whole restaurant to hear and they werecussing. Now I don't mind cussing but I don't feel that it should have happened. You want to have that conversation do it inprivate and quietly to me it was very unprofessional. Read more
The food web are at the restaurant was okay... When we finally got all of it... Ordered an Oreo milkshake... When I got it... however it was warm.. first time I have ever tried to drink a warm milkshake... We also ordered food to go... When we got ithome only half the order was right... Food's great when they do get your order right. We've had issues lately every time we would order from delivery where whole... food items would never get included so we'd end up getting charged for an entire item only for the item to never show up.(Country Fried Steak would never get Gravy on the side, every single time without fail, or New menu items would not be includedwhen ordered) They do partner with DoorDash but all DD can ever do for us is provide refunds for missing items, it doesn'treally solve the issue at hand where items are never included. This really should not be happening and the receipts should belooked at carefully each time the orders are made, I don't know if the staff are short or overworked but it sucks when theexperience is subpar. Otherwise, delivery issues aside I can't really complain about the food. It's good, and I always feelgood when I finish it but It'd be nice to just get everything you paid for in one go. Read more
This is the worst IHOP I have ever been to. The restaurant was 98° when we walked in. We should have turned around and left but... we didn't. The food was terrible. Non edible. Do not go here expecting IHOP food becuz it will disappoint you. The manager wasnice and understanding. Read more
First I only got half of my meal.which the waitress reordered. It still, when the rest of my party had finished, had not come.... After several attempts to have it corrected on our receipt we ended up paying for the meal anyway. Now I know why there wereonly a few customers in there to begin with . Read more
They were short staffed witch made for longer wait time on everything. I can't blame that on the employee's though. Everyone we... dealt with was awsome. But even still. Heading to our table our waitress had to clean it off before we set down. Again I feellike it's no fault of the employee's that there was not proper staff. Read more
I got the buttermilk chicken with broccoli and macaroni and cheese. The food was great. The service was subpar. They weren't... busy and the waitress couldn't seem to care less about our party of 6. I was in town visiting my sister after not seeing her for5 years and our experience going out to eat here could have been better. Read more
