Since when is it okay to publicly reprimend your employee and customer? Well PAUL seems to think it?s okay. He decided to yell... through the store to his employee about how awful it was she didn?t charge extra for cheese. He then decided to come over to mea customer and tell me how awful I was for not paying for extra cheese (didn?t know any different) whoever is the lead thereneeds to talk to Paul and re train him in dealing with not only employees (co workers) but customers as well. I ordered a pizza online at 3PM. They were supposed to be open at 11AM. I showed up at the designated time but the doors were... locked and the place was dark. I waited until 4PM to see if they opened. I saw a worker go in but they wouldn't answer the dooror the phone. I ended up leaving after wasting 2 hours. To top it off, they still charged my credit card for the order eventhough it was never made. And now I'm getting the runaround from corporate trying to get my money back. Update: The storemanagement was quick to respond to this after getting through the corporate customer service and promptly issued a refund. Itseems that they are under new management since this occurred and hopefully this is a good sign for the future service at thislocation. Read more
One thing I was always told in the field of work I am in... Here are three choices, you only get two. Cheap, Fast, and Good. If... you want it cheap and fast, it wont be good. If you want it good and fast, it wont be cheap. If you want it cheap and good itwon't be fast. Little Caesars falls into the Cheap and Fast category. If you need a quick bite, Little Caesars isn't a badchoice as long as you get the crazy bread, because those are great bread sticks. If you order a pizza, make sure you ask them toput it in the oven a bit longer because they rarely give you cooked pizza. The last one we got was so doughy. But I usually getthe deep dish, ask them to cook it a bit longer, and ask for less sauce because they put way too much sauce on it too. Theservice is hit or miss. The last cashier we had was really rude but the other employee that came up to help was very nice. Read more
I used to love this place! No anymore!! I ordered crazy bread, waited 20 minutes only to leave with breadsticks with only butter... since they can't get parmesan cheese but they couldn't bother to tell me that and not waste my night. They also have rap musicblaring so loud you have to yell to hear anything. I will never come back! If you want breadsticks I highly recommend not goinghere!! Read more
Got the pizza with a lot of pepperoni on it and when I opened the box it was disappointing to see it was just thrown together... and had multiple pieces stuck together instead of spread out over the pizza. Normally love the pizza but didn't enjoy my dinnerlast night at all. Plus the crust was way far out as well whoever made this pizza clearly was not in the mood and just slappedit together. Read more
Order from here almost weekly every friday since I moved from out of state 6 months ago from rockford. Always on point making... really good quality pizzas for the price. Friday's and Saturdays are the only nights they are open when I get off work since iwork till 10, otherwise I would order from here much more often. Read more
