A few minutes after we come in somebody who's expediting for the window says he is too busy to wait on us and tells us to use... the kiosk, and not even asking how we are paying for our lunch. Some customers were turned away or left because of theirinability to pay at the chaosk. We hope serve customers carry their trays or get their drinks or sauces for them while we waitedfor our food. The food was obviously not warm waiting so long. Or barely warm I should say. And my husband did not have thebottom bun to his sandwich in his box. I understand being short-staffed that's why we were being as helpful as we could be andthey had people that had called in sick as well so it's not really their fault but that guy needed an attitude adjustment he waslike we were impeding on his time to be there. Soon as I walked in I was greeted,cashier was very nice, made my order she gave me a number to sit at table, soon as I sat down... order was there, hot and delicious...as I finished my meal I was told thank you come again.... Read more
Happened during the PM shift Disgruntled adult here.. Don't usually come to McDonald's but wanted to try the adult kids meal..... asked if they had grimace when I ordered.. well I didn't get grimace I got a G'D car from the movie cars... not even one of thetoys advertised for the adult kids meal.. I went back in hoping it was a mistake to ask for grimace but was told they were allout... thank you to this McDonald's location for reminding me why I stopped going to McDonald's years ago. Went in stood at the register waiting to order while McDonald's employees looked at Me multiple times, the drive thru wasn't... that busy there were two tables of people 1 table had 1 person the other had two people. Person wasn't very customer servicefriendly that helped me finally, Every single table is nasty dirty Glass doors windows disgusting. Two people with childrencame in after me had to wipe down there tables for there kids, I know this is McDonald's but this is terrible customer serviceamd this is a newer nicer building location do better :/ Read more
Wow, busy place at 9 a.m. Must be the place to be if you are retired! Service was good and friendly. Food prep was not fast, but... faster than most McDonald's we have been into since COVID. In their defense they were busy. Breakfast burritos were good, andthe OJ was excellent. Read more
Asked for two medium fries and 2 double cheeseburgers and a chicken nugget meal. when i went to the window they only had the... chicken nugget meal so i tried giving them the order and the girl working walked off and started yelling. another lady came upand asked for my order and it took her 5 times to get it right and gave a super bad attitude. payed and got my receipt. noticedonly one fry was on there so i asked the lady at the next window and she assured me that there was two. i pull over to make surethe food was correct and we were missing a fry. went inside to get the other fry and the girl that was at the window yelled atme and said that there is two in there. i told her i ordered two outside of the nugget meal and she said that would be 3 friesso i need to learn how to count. manger got the other fry and threw it into the bag. food was cold and gross workers were notpleasant. For some reason, it always takes a while for someone to answer the drive thru line and then my meal is usually never correct... because they add onions to it every single time. I only stop here because it's close to my home. Read more
