Bought 3 mc doubles with NO ONIONS!!! A lg.fry, sm. fry, lg.Choc.shake, lg.coke easy ice, buffalo sauce, and picante sauce. Had... to pull into a parking spot cause apparently they didn't have any mcdoubles made during dinner rush. The girl that took my moneyat the first window with blue hair was really nice but it went down hill from there. The next window lady seemed as though I wasjust ruining her day by asking for hot sauce. Then someone took over for her and sent me over to wait. Another girl came to mywindow with the food but not the pop. While she was going to get it I checked the bag. No picante or hot sauce so I went in. This place was great! All the people working there Saturday morning should get a raise! The staff was all friendly, even though... there was a good amount of people dining in and a TON in the drive thru. Was in and out in just a few minutes. Food was typicalof McDonald's. Read more
This place was not to busy with drive thru had a bunch in lobby and drive thru was at a stand still no kidding 4 or 5 cars in... front of me and seriously I waited 45 minutes to get to the window to pay for my order asked him why it took so long he saidlobby was busy . So I said can you tell me how long my food was there waiting? He said no but its ready I said can you tell meif it's hot he said yes it's hot. I said is it fresh he said can't tell you that but it's hot. And wanted to know what thedifference between hot and fresh . I said depends how long it is sitting there waiting for me if it's fresh he said all heknows is that it's hot couldn't tell me if it was fresh. Always a treat to have McDonald's tasty cheese burgers. This restaurant was clean and great service. My food was hot and fresh.
Very disappointed. We have been waiting a half an hour for our food. All they offered was a coupon for a free desert. At... Culver?s then would have refunded our order for such a long wait. Won?t be taking our business here anymore. Read more
The day staff is always on point. However, I went here for dinner today and it was rough. You could hear a pin drop in that... place (with a packed lobby waiting for food) ? no communication between employees, no direction. 3 young kids standing up fronttrying to do something but still lost and mostly standing around. After waiting over 20 minutes, my fries were cold and grossfrom sitting in the bag waiting for the burgers to finish. If I could give this place a negative rating I would. Absolutely disgusting. Where they prepare the food is disgusting, the area... around it is terrible. Trash everywhere. I had to take photos of the tampon in the juice right at the counter, where they handpeople their food. This franchise must do better. Read more
We had to get our McRib fix so we went in to eat (I am always a bit messy eating those). We were very happy with the experience... and the McRib sandwiches were perfect. I hope McDonald's is not really doing away with it. Read more
