Pick ups are a nightmare! I stood there for 30 minutes before anyone finally even acknowledged me and asked for the names for my... orders, then proceeded to just help the people in line as more just kept coming in. About 10 more minutes go by as more peoplecoming in and get what they want and leave in maybe 5 minutes. Finally there?s nobody in line and they then tell me it will be15 more minutes before my orders are ready so I obviously just cancel at that point like what are priorities, its not like I?mstill picking up for your customers waiting this long for what?.?!?!?! If you?d focus on the orders already paid for with peoplein line, as well as the people not waiting at all in line maybe the day might go a little better.
