Salad was brown, slimy and was mostly just chunks of the core of the head of lettuce that didn?t even fill the container. No... cheese and no croutons. Baguette was hard like it had been left out, uncovered. I understand not having fresh products due tosupply but you need to stop serving them. Read more
Sunday morning at 8 AM and we?ve been waiting 30 minutes to get Dark Roast coffee, a bagel sandwich, and a yogurt. And the... bathroom has not been cleaned in a very long time - disgusting! Don?t bother coming here. Service is ridiculously slow. Comeon! Read more
Before I leave my review I went and read some of the other reviews. I hope someone is looking at these reviews and taking note... of how bad this store has become. I usually get the rotisserie chicken salad sandwich but the last three times I've ordered it Ihave barely had any meat on the sandwich. All you can taste is the vegetables and the bread. Today I went in cuz I love yourchicken and wild rice soup and decide I would get the take too so I'm trying a new sandwich and it is very good. But they wereout of a lot of the different breads that I could get it on so I had to go with another bread which is still fine. My complainttoday is that I wanted a black iced tea and only one tea was out there. The ice machine was also down so we'd have to ask forice, but since I was going home I just filled it up with a Dr Pepper and decided I'd put ice in it when I got home. The pop isoverly sweet and extremely warm which probably has to do with ice machine being down. Like I said I hope someone seriously looksat these reviews and makes a change in this restaurant because I have been a very long life customer of this location and I'dreally hate to take it off my list of places I don't order from anymore. My lunch today was almost $20 I could have went to afast food place and spent five to seven dollars. Read more
Entered a fairly empty store at 11 am. Was never acknowledged. Friend & I waited at register for about 10 min while employees... made eye contact w/ us multiple times. Never asked if we ordered already for pick up, needed to order or even hello. Do betterfolks. We left & patronized another establishment. Read more

I really don't understand why it's take more than 20 mins to put together a bowl of soup and a sandwich. That what I ordered in... the drive thru and that's exactly how long I waited if not longer. And worse yet I'm sitting at the window and watching them gettogether other orders for drive thru that were for cars behind me, before mine was even done and bagged.
