Have had multiple issues from here. Orders never showing up, taking over an hour, or even once taking over an hour then being... canceled without even getting a call about it. They did send an email on the cancellation but I check that about once a day soit didn't do any good. On the night of writing this, one just didn't show up. To their credit they did offer to refund it, whichI accepted. But that's not going to prevent me from making this review, not at this point. Read more
Ordered pizza two days ahead of time for our daycare center for delivery at 12 pm. Got a call at 1230 pm asking what door to go... to, wasnt called and was told to schedule it for earlier delivery if we want it to be on time. Hopefully the employees at thedaycare get to take their lunch whenever they feel like it. Read more
My pizza orders were 3 hrs late or more multiple times. On the last order i was told by my delivery driver that i would receive... a free pizza, but when I called into the store the manager said that i was only able to get 50% my next order. I love papa Johnspizza but this store is improperly managed & even the employees will tell you. Read more
Let me describe my experience to anyone who reads this. Papa John's is my favorite Pizza, but this place fails. THREE times in a... row I've ordered a pizza, I never received it. I called the store the first time and they told me that it was checked out, soit'd be there shortly. This was 2 1/2 hours later. An hour later (so now 3 1/2 hours) I called and stated it hadn't beendelivered. By this point I said screw it and went out to eat with my friend who was also waiting at my place for this pizza.They had said it was checked out but since it hadn't been delivered, it must have been delivered to the wrong place. They wouldmake me another pizza to deliver (still charging me), and I said to not worry about it, just issue me a refund. I was actuallysurprisingly nice about it. However, when the girl had gotten her manager to have the refund issued, her manager accused me oflying about the pizza not being delivered and then proceeded to hang up on me. I called back, reamed the manager, and got myrefund. The second time I called after 2 hours and they asked if my address was correct. When they read it to me, yes, it wascorrect. Their response was "Well then you've had to have gotten it." And the 3rd time, I just straight up asked for a refund,told the manager to contact her driver so she didn't have to waste her time coming out again. She promised she would but sureenough the driver called and was there with my pizza, 4 hours later. Ha, no. When I told the driver that I had told the managerto call her, and stated the managers name, the driver laughed, said "she is such a horrible evil manager, it doesn't surprisedme." Brought us the wrong pizza. To get another I would have had to reorder. Talked to manager (assistant?). Very rude.
