I went to Red lobster last night because I wanted a lobster out of the tank. They were completely out of them for the first time... ever. The server, which did a pretty good job recommended the crab legs. I got two pounds of it when he brought the legs to me.They are way too small. I had a hell of a time getting the meat out of him and he came back after 5 minutes and it said how's ittaste? I said I don't know yet I haven't reached any meat. The server did a good job but he's not above average by any means.The place was about empty. This was about 6:30 at night. Also my meal came to 134 and some change way overpriced for what I got.The 2 lb of crab legs alone was $70. I strongly recommend it not getting the crab legs. They're not what you think they are.They were way too small to be served to anybody. This is the worst experience that I ever had at a red lobster. I'm sorry Icouldn't give you a better score but the meal sucked last night and you guys really got to keep some lobsters in your tank. Ishould have just turned around and left. We stopped in to have a birthday meal at 2 pm this past Sunday. The restaurant was only 1/2 full and we waited over 45 minutes... for our first food to arrive. We both ordered the endless shrimp feast so all items should not take too long to cook. It tookforever for the food, during this time no refills or even biscuits. When they did bring them out no plates to put them on and noknives at all during the whole meal just two forks. I don't think I have ever had Red Lobster scampi that was wasn't neatlyarranged but not matter what was ordered it was just dumped on the plate or a bowl with with no care. The table behind us toldus they waited over an hour for their first food to come out and the table next to us with a group of 7 which had been therebefore we arrived did not receive their first food until after we finally started to get ours and it was all wrong. Even afterthey complained you would think that they would try harder to not make any mistakes and over and over again they would bring outthe food and it would be all wrong. We didn't even have the same server so we can't just say it was one person that didn't knowwhat was going on. Repeatedly we were told our food would be out but they kept on delivering the food to the wrong tablessince I think everyone was have the same feast. At least as a group we just kept on laughing at how bad the service was. Thesmall table behind us said they had been there over 2 hours and when they asked for their ticket they brought them a ticket forsomeone else who was not even in our area of the restaurant. It was pretty sad that the patrons spent most of the time havingto hunt down staff to either get a correct bill or get some food at all. Let's just say next time we are in Waterloo we willdefinitely find a different establishment. When we left we realized most of the staff was out back taking breaks and smoking sothat might account for why there was no one taking responsibility the whole time. Read more
Love the coconut shrimp! Perfect every time! It's my favorite place to go. I've been getting the salmon bowl. Salmon cooked... perfect and love the Brussels sprouts! Waterloo is lucky to have Red Lobster here. Read more
Wife and came in on a Saturday at 430. There were maybe 6 tables with patrons. We entered and stood at the podium for probably 2... full minutes before someone came to seat us. All the while, a server was standing less than 15 ft from us, folding napkins. Theyoung man came up, grabbed 2 menus, walked to a small table right next to the podium and right behind the waitress that wasfolding napkins. Not one word was said to us. Nothing. He didn't say hello, welcome, how many in your party, please follow me,right this way.... Nothing. My wife and I thought that he may be mute so we let it go. Waitress came immediately and asked forour drink order. Wife ordered a Mt Dew and I ordered a beer. They came in just a few minutes and she asked if we were ready toorder. We ordered, even thought we were surprised by how much the prices had gone up. One of my sides was a house salad. Tenminutes later, after watching 6 employees stand at the podium and talk and giggle (including the host who we assumed was mute)the waitress came back with a water I didn't ask for (which was fine) and told us the cheddar biscuits weren't ready and walkedoff. 5 minutes later, I was still without my salad and my wife and I were fed up with the lack of attention, service andgiggling from 6 employees standing up front doing nothing. Wife said "If we're paying $50 for a meal for just us two, I'd expectthe service to be much better to keep the customers happy and served. None of that is happening." 5 more minutes later (stillwith no salad or biscuits - total of 20+ minutes since we sat) we were fed up and left $10 on the table to cover the beer andsoda and told the gang up front that we were leaving due to lack of service and length of time nothing was served to us or evenan apology for the wait. We're not going back. I get better service at just about anywhere else, and the prices are better. Read more
Very good! We each ordered the Seafarers Feast. Bacon Mac and Cheese... Too much to eat! Dinner tomorrow too!

This Red Lobster looked great and felt clean. The staff were very friendly (I could do without the "hun" and "sweetie", I'm like... 10 years older than you). Our meals were delicious and we left with full bellies and more food to go home with. I woulddefinitely recommend this Red Lobster location to friends and family. Overall great experience. Read more
